Hello sweet babes.
Dropping in here to give you a little taste of breath work to break up your day.
So the breath pattern that we're going to do today is called the sigh breath and it's really easy.
You just breathe in through the nose and then sigh it out making an audible sigh or scream depending on how your Monday's been.
Alright so we're just going to do that for a couple of minutes and then we're going to do a tupple at the end of it and let's see how we feel.
First of all we want to make sure that you're not driving and you're not in water okay.
Alright and we will begin right now.
In through the nose,
Sigh it out.
Just letting it all out,
Letting it all go,
Keeping that breath circulating,
Not thinking about anything but your breath.
Keeping that breath moving.
You are perfectly safe.
You are supported.
That's it.
Don't stop breathing.
And just a few more seconds and we're going to go into the tupple.
Very good and the next inhale we're going to take a deep breath in and hold it at the top and and holding at the top feeling your energy shifting and whenever you're ready go ahead and release that top hold letting out a big sigh.
