Feel the solidness of the support that holds you,
Allowing your breath to softly slow,
Being calmed and enfolded in the peacefulness of your easy breath,
As we sink into quiet contemplation together,
Feeling your breath slow and easy,
Sensing the support of the earth beneath you,
Acknowledging yourself as you settle into meditation,
Calling in the guidance and protection of the archangels Raphael,

Imagining yourself completely immersed in white light as you connect into the online meditation space created here for you,
Knowing that you can receive the benefits of Reiki healing if you choose,
Knowing that you are surrounded and supported by angelic presence,
Knowing that you are moving deeper into meditation with every breath,
Allow your breath to signal to the body that you're turning within,
Feeling your energies sink a little lower,
And if you're feeling ready,
Gently lower your eyes and soften your gaze,
Or if you prefer to,
Gently close your eyes,
Removing the outer stimulus of external sight and allowing your inner sight,
Your inner vision to become engaged,
Feel your base connecting with the earth,
Sending your awareness down,
Connecting with Mother Earth,
And as you have that sense of support and connectedness,
Just feeling a gentle upswell of energy coming back up through the earth into your base,
Moving gently up into your spine so that you are gently upheld,
Uplifted,
The spine in perfect alignment,
Your neck held easily upright and your head gently balanced at the top,
There's no sense of strain,
Feeling your breath deep and slow as a sense of calmness washes through you,
Allowing yourself to sense,
See,
Feel or imagine yourself being located on a morning beach,
The sand is cool from the night and the waves break gently,
Murmuring softly to you,
Calling you forward,
The sky of the sea is becoming brighter and silvery as you walk towards the water,
You sense that the sun will soon leap above the horizon,
As you step to the water's edge,
Feeling the foamy break of the waves cold against your feet,
Hearing the silvery,
Shimmery essence of the sand being washed by the ocean,
Feeling that under your feet,
The coolness of the water on your feet and it's almost like you can feel the foamy effervescence of this ocean breaking into your toes,
So you feel it fizzing,
The water's energy fizzing in your feet,
Walking a little deeper into the ocean so that you feel the waves against your shins,
Very gentle,
Small breaking waves,
Feeling their foamy essence wash around your legs,
Soft,
Almost tickling,
Feeling the sand on your feet and the cool morning breeze against your skin,
As you feel the buzzing,
Fizzing effervescence of this ocean entering your feet,
Moving into the waters of your body,
Energising and fizzing up through your legs,
Buzzing and revitalising,
It almost feels like the waves are breaking through the waters of your body,
Renewing the tides of your inner body,
Cleansing and clearing as the waves wash gently into your body,
Bringing fresh energy in and as the waves gently ebb out,
Drawing out the toxins,
The impurities,
The detritus,
The things that your cells throw into the waters of your body as they undergrow their daily processes.
You feel this water starting to move through you,
The fizzing ocean with each gentle wave in,
Moving deeper into your body,
Moving up through your legs into your body and gently drawing out impurities,
So that as each wave breaks against your legs,
You feel that fizzing,
Energising,
Revitalising energy washing through your body,
Moving up the legs,
Past the hips and into the abdomen,
With each wave breaking,
Feeling the water moving higher up your torso and that energy moves into your body and as every wave ebbs away from your legs,
Feeling the toxins,
The impurities,
Any negativity being drawn out,
Leaving the water of your body cleansed,
Revitalised,
Energised.
And as you're enjoying the sensation of each new breaking wave,
Moving deeper into your body,
Moving up into your chest and your arms and your shoulders,
You notice the sun coming up over the horizon.
The sky is washed with golden light,
With pinks and apricots and umber.
Your eyes drink in the beauty of the light of the sun,
The glory of it dancing across the waves on the ocean in front of you.
You feel the warmth of the sun on your skin as you feel the exchange of watery energy in your body,
With each fresh wave gently bringing in the effervescence of clear,
Fresh,
Revitalising energy.
Each wave drawing away impurities,
Negativity,
All the things your body no longer needs,
Being cleansed and cleared,
Moving out of the waters of your body.
Your skin drinks in the light of the sun,
The warmth of the sun,
The dancing light of the sun sparking off the wave tops,
Filling you with a sense of joy and wonder,
Allowing your whole body to drink in the light of the sun and the light of the dancing wave tops,
Just as your watery body is drinking in the effervescence of the waves,
That fizzing,
Buzzing exchange of energy that's washing each and every cell of your body clean.
Feeling yourself being recharged by the sun,
Being filled with light and love,
Feeling uplifted,
Your body receiving this beautiful bath of sunlight and ocean energy washing through you.
And you feel a sense of spaciousness within you,
Feeling light and expansive as the waters of your body are cleansed from head to toe by the gentle foamy break of the waves you're standing in.
Your ears drinking in the gentle words of the ocean as they break against the sand on your feet.
Your eyes taking the open limitless blue of the sky as your sun shines directly on you so that your skin absorbs the light and the warmth and you feel recharged from head to toe,
Taking in a few deep cleansing breaths.
And you feel recharged from head to toe,
Taking in a few deep cleansing breaths,
Drinking in the sunlight,
Feeling the waters of your body tingling,
Buzzing with energy,
Cleansed and restored,
Just noticing the ocean gently withdrawing from you as though the tide is actually moving out and away from you.
Feeling the gentle effervescence of the ocean withdrawing from your body,
And as it does so,
Pulling out the last little bits of things that no longer serve you.
Toxins,
Negativity,
Old habits,
Passions that can be let go.
Moving out with this receding tide as you stand under the sunlight,
The sun feeling warm and good against your skin,
And you turn away from the sea,
Moving back into the dry sand,
The sand now feeling a little warmer.
The night's coolness is still under the surface,
But the surface of the sand is warming under the morning sun,
And your whole body feels revitalised,
Your skin is tingling as your lungs draw in the salty air,
Feeling clear and clean,
And your body drinks in the sunlight like a battery being recharged,
And you have a sense now of the sun dimming,
And the scene of the ocean front receding,
As you feel once more that you are sitting in your own meditation space,
Feeling yourself supported in your own space.
Just taking a few moments to let your body absorb the energy of the sun,
The energy of the ocean,
Noticing how your body feels,
Restored,
Cleansed and cleared,
Sitting light and easy in your space,
Becoming more aware now of how you are supported by the earth.
As you come fully back into your own meditation space,
Aware of how you are being held by the chair you're sitting in,
Or the floor you're sitting on,
Becoming aware of the gentle noises around you,
The familiar sounds of your own space,
Feeling your body becoming more solid and substantial,
Coming right back into your own space,
Back into the here and now,
Allowing your breathing to return to its normal rhythm,
Gently wriggling your toes and your fingers,
Gently blinking your eyes open and coming right back into your space,
Feeling clear,
Light and energised,
Giving yourself the luxury of a few more breaths to let this feeling permeate your whole being.
