Earth Healing Meditation For The Feminine Soul

Hello and welcome.

Thank you so much for taking time on this gorgeous Saturday to join with me for this healing meditation.

I'm Linda and I am so grateful to be able to share this meditation with you.

So we'll be here for 20 between 20 to 30 minutes in meditation so please make sure that you're comfortable that you're not going to be interrupted and that you do have some water with you because you might need that if not during then definitely after.

Take a moment to just settle yourself in and just gently allow your eyes to close.

If you're not comfortable closing your eyes then you are most welcome to just lower your gaze,

Soften your focus and let the breath really bring you home.

So bringing ourselves into the space and as we enter meditation together today I want to acknowledge that our connection originates on Larrakia country in the Northern Territory of Australia and that I pay my respects to the elders and give my heartfelt thanks to them and the Larrakia people,

Traditional owners of this country.

I give thanks for their generosity,

Their patience and understanding sharing this beautiful place that I live,

Work and play on.

I seek to do spirit work here in harmony and deep accord with the existing spiritual connection of this place and I extend this acknowledgement,

This gratitude,

This deep respect to the elders of your country and as you settle deeper into connection with place so we welcome in the protection of the guardians of the seven directions welcoming Archangel Raphael,

Guardian of the east and the element of air.

Welcoming the guardian of the south,

Archangel Michael and the element of fire.

Welcoming the guardian of the west,

Archangel Gabriel and the element of water.

Welcoming the guardian of the north,

Archangel Uriel and the element of earth.

Welcoming the guardian of the space above,

Archangel Metatron and the Christ consciousness grid.

Welcoming the guardian of the space below,

Archangel Sandalphon and the earth consciousness grid and welcoming the guardian of the space within,

Your own higher self.

Just feel that space opening around you,

Being held gently in a sacred space and knowing that that space also contains Reiki today,

That you can partake if you wish to and knowing that if healing is not what you need today that your higher self will guide this beautiful energy to the place where it can do the highest good.

On this shortest day in the middle we sink into connection with mother earth strengthening our connection with her,

Her rhythms and cycles,

Surrendering ourselves to the healing exchange of unconditional love between mother earth and her children,

Acknowledging that we are indeed among her children,

Feeling yourself settling onto the earth,

Allowing your awareness to be pulled down into the heart space and softly settling deeper and deeper into the body,

Down into the space,

The energy center within the abdomen,

Just below the belly button,

The dantien,

Feeling yourself come to rest into this energy center that connects us with the earth,

Having awareness of the central energy channel that extends upwards and downwards,

Knowing that even as children of the earth we are connected to source,

We are connected to divinity and that we are divine within,

Acknowledging the connection that moves downwards through the central energy channel,

Deep into the earth,

Feeling yourself anchored,

Strengthened and supported by the earth and at the same time connected with universal source and just being with the flow,

The energy moving down from source,

Nourishing and replenishing you,

Being refined and retuned to your frequency as it moves through your system,

Through your being and in into the earth,

Bringing your unique harmony down to the heart of the mother,

And noticing that gentle upswell of energy that comes from the heart of the mother,

Rising gently upwards through your central energy channel,

Mingling with source energy in the dantien and in all the other energy centers within your body,

Nourishing you,

Replenishing you and amplifying your sense of belonging here on the earth with whatever it is you need to do,

So that energy continues to flow through your energy system,

Refining and retuning you and in exchange your being,

Adding its imprint into the flow of energy moving up to source,

And so you are in this continuous flow,

This continuous replenishment,

Nourishment,

Refining and retuning and exchanging your unique harmony with earth and heaven,

Making your contribution to the harmony of all,

As you sit within your own connection,

Your senses open out and you experience this same exchange,

This interplay,

This flow of harmony,

Of energy,

Of unconditional love moving around you,

Having a sense of all life on earth,

Engaged in its own beautiful exchange between heaven and earth,

Taking this moment,

This middle point on the shortest day,

The midpoint of the year,

The turning point from old to new,

To renew your connection with earth and heaven and all the life around you,

Letting yourself be restored and retuned,

Noticing as the flow of energy constant movement up and down,

The mixing,

The sharing out,

Being received by every cell of your body,

Just relaxing and allowing your body to receive the conscious awareness of this exchange,

Letting the breath flow with the exchange and noticing a slight sense of expansiveness as though your cells are absorbing light and that in doing so they open space within the whole of your body and there's a sense of freedom that you haven't experienced for such a long time,

Lay down all your burdens,

All responsibilities,

Any worries and concerns in this space,

You're being held by mother earth and father sky,

You're being nourished,

Loved and protected,

There is nothing here but unconditional love,

A safe place for you to open and release all the restrictions,

Just let the energy flow,

Letting the cells receive loving light and your whole body responds with a grateful sigh,

Like every cell in your body has just sighed with relief and let go of restrictions,

Letting go of any incorrect energy,

Allowing you more space,

More room to breathe,

To move,

To flow,

Just allowing heaven and earth to take care of you,

To clear you and cleanse you,

To tenderly hold you,

To comfort,

Embrace and love you for no better reason than because you are you,

Feel your cells expanding to receive this,

The unconditional love each of us receive every day,

Whether we're conscious or not,

And as you feel softer and more open,

As you feel in the waters of your body,

Warmth,

Expansiveness,

Softness,

Allow loving kindness to well up in every single cell,

Welling up from deep within and rippling through the water of every cell,

Like flowers opening under the sun,

Your cells open and open as they receive and as they give unconditional love,

And noticing that unconditional love moving through the cell membranes into the waters of your tissues,

So that all the cells in your body,

The muscles,

The bones,

The organs,

The nerves,

Your lungs,

Your eyes,

Your ears,

Your mouth,

Your hair,

Your toenails,

Every part of you is opening to more and more unconditional love,

And it's almost like there's no boundary now between the cells and between yourself and this constant flow of unconditional love being received and being given,

Like the ocean tide or your own breath,

Constant renewal and a constant exchange,

The interplay of unconditional love from Mother Earth,

Father Sky,

Restoring your own personal balance and just connecting with your imagination now,

Imagining yourself becoming very small,

Becoming tiny,

Microscopic,

And imagining yourself floating in the centre of one of your own cells,

And the cell feels vast,

Floating in the waters of this cell,

It's like floating in the waters of the sea,

Just allow yourself to rest easy in this space,

Floating gently in the salty water of your own cellular body,

And continuing that beautiful exchange of unconditional love,

Bringing that connection to consciousness with your breath,

Breathing unconditional love in,

Radiating unconditional love out,

And knowing that as you float on this endless sea,

The warm salty bath of your body,

You are floating in the warm salty bath of the Mother's body,

And that your exchange of unconditional love is now amplifying,

And you are able to bring in more and more unconditional love,

And radiate out more and more of that unconditional love,

Floating on this limitless sea,

Knowing that as you engage in this exchange,

You're sharing healing with the Earth,

This constant exchange of unconditional love,

Is healing you,

And healing the Earth,

Continue floating,

Giving and receiving,

In equal measure,

Restoring balance and harmony,

In your own body,

And in the body of the Earth,

Feeling the softness of your breath,

Moving this energy of love in and out of your body,

And gently becoming aware that you're no longer microscopic,

That you're no longer floating in a single cell of your body,

But you're once more an organism of life on the Earth,

Just becoming familiar with the space of your body,

Bringing that expansiveness in,

And allowing it to fill the space,

From your toes,

Through your feet,

And ankles,

Filling the space of your legs and knees,

Your upper legs,

Hips and waist,

Filling the space of your trunk,

Your chest,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your hands,

Filling the space of your neck and your head,

Bringing your awareness into your heart space,

Rest here for a few breaths,

Just enjoying the sensation of expansive,

Unconditional love within your body,

Of the unceasing connection between you and Mother Earth,

You and Father Heaven,

And the connection between Heaven and Earth that runs through you,

And allowing yourself now to become more aware of the space around you,

How your body fills the space,

Where it sits,

How the air touches you,

What you hear,

What you smell,

The quality of light coming through your eyelids,

Becoming more and more present in your space,

Gently wiggling your toes and your fingers,

And blinking your eyes open.
