This short process guides you through setting up your intention. It is designed to be used prior to a block of focused time. You will be guided to get present, set your intention and raise up your vibration. The process goes for three and a half minutes, with music continuing to bring it up to five minutes. Music uses a solfeggio 538Hz tone. It works well at the start of a Pomodoro block.

Welcome to this intention setting practice.

I'm Trish Everett and this is all about setting up the next block of your time to be full of your intention.

Take a moment to connect in with your breath.

Watch it as it comes in and goes out.

Just watch your breath getting really present.

Let's get really really set up in the moment.

If you'd like to bring a little bit of heart energy in as well.

Bring in the energy of joy.

Filling up your heart with joy and love,

Kindness,

Compassion.

Let's also connect in with your belly and filling up that fire in your belly,

That passion that you have for what you want to go out there and build and create.

Let's set up your intention.

What is it that you want to do with this next block of time that's in front of you?

What do you want to do?

What do you want to create?

Imagine yourself completing that task.

Imagine yourself completing that task really really well.

Now watch the ripples that come out from that action,

The good that it brings,

The good that it causes.

The step that it is in the process of a bigger creation.

Watch those ripples as they spread out,

Touching people,

Touching the earth.

And send out a bit of that joy,

Kindness,

Compassion you have in your heart to go out and follow the ripples of the action.

You are a powerful creator.

Come back to your breath.

As you come back to yourself,

Feel your body.

If your eyes have been closed,

You can open them up and go forward and make amazing things happen.
