Thank you so much! π I could actually feel this meditation working for me. Memories were rising to the surface, many of them things that I hadnβt thought about in years or things that I didnβt even realise I remembered. I didnβt judge any of them to be good or bad but felt that if there were had any negativity surrounding them, that the music kind of dissipated that energy and sent it out into the universe as glittery good vibes.
