This is an exercise intended to help you share your unique message for the world.

Allow yourself to become present to this moment.

Become aware of any tension you may be holding.

Maybe in your head or face,

Your shoulders or torso,

Your hips or legs.

Sometimes simply bringing gentle attention to these areas helps them relax.

Pay attention to your breath.

Take one or two conscious in-breaths and out-breaths,

And now allow your breathing to be natural.

If your mind is getting carried away by thinking,

No problem.

Simply remain grounded in your body and allow the thoughts to flow by like a shallow stream.

Begin to imagine a walking path of your choice.

This may be a favorite place you have visited before or a place you'd like to visit.

Allow yourself to feel invited and embraced by this path.

Reflect for yourself,

Where are you?

What is important about this path to you?

Notice any qualities you may feel,

Such as safety,

Beauty,

Warmth.

As you walk a little way down this path,

You come across a big blank sign.

On this sign,

You can write whatever is in your heart to share with the world.

What do you write?

Trust the first thing that comes to mind.

I will leave you with this last wisdom question.

How might you amplify your message for the world?
