I choose to feel peaceful.
I know what I focus on I create.
That's why I choose to focus on the good things.
I focus on the blessings that I'm receiving,
On the good things that are happening to me and seeing abundance instead of luck,
Clarity instead of confusion,
Compassion instead of anger,
Seeing how I am being supported,
How I am safe,
That I can trust life and relax.
And I allow the universe to show me the proves that I am supported,
That I am safe and that I can trust.
I'm being honored,
Loved and respected.
I choose to focus on creating all these beautiful things I want to have in my life instead of focusing on luck and complaining about what's not working.
I can't expect other people to tell me nice things and talk to me nicely if I am not nice to myself.
So for now I choose to think good things about myself and speak to myself nicely,
Being my best supporter instead of being my own critic,
Saying myself that I am worthy,
That I am enough,
I deserve good things in life.
And I tell myself that I'm beautiful,
That I love myself,
I deserve all the goodness in life,
I deserve to have money,
I deserve to have abundance and healthy relationships,
I deserve to feel good in my body and I deserve to be successful in whatever I do.
I deserve to be happy,
Peaceful,
Healthy,
Feeling supported,
Loved.
And now in this moment I offer it to myself in my mind or out loud.
I say it to myself and allow the universe to show it to me and reflect to me on the outside.
Because more and more I am filling myself up with these positive thoughts and believing that I deserve good things,
The more I will see on the outside that it is really true and it's happening.
So just for this moment I invite you,
Be villain and open yourself to try in something different.
Pause and think what is it that you want to experience in your life?
How do you want to feel today?
Do you want to feel peaceful or do you want to feel stressed?
Do you want to feel amazing or nervous,
Judgmental,
Fearful?
Do you want to feel supported and trust?
What is it that you want to experience in your life in this moment?
And then give yourself the support you need.
Offer yourself the words of kindness,
Of empowerment,
The words you would like to hear from someone else.
