Good morning beautiful people.

Today I would like to talk about the importance of morning practice.

Why it is essential to make time in the morning and connect with yourself before you connect with the rest of the world.

And start fulfilling requests,

Demands and expectations of others and your own.

I invite you to give it a try and start creating a new habit for yourself.

It will truly make a difference in your life.

When you wake up in the morning,

Instead of going straight for the phone,

Reading news or messages,

Take time to connect with yourself and remind yourself who you choose to be.

When we don't create consciously,

We are left to the randomness of possibilities to send us anything.

Or we create our future based on our past,

Repeating the same habits and behaviours we did yesterday,

A week ago,

A month ago,

Ten years ago.

So try something new and start creating consciously and design your day to your liking and then hand it over to the universe so it may unfold for the highest good of all.

Notice the signs and proves that you are abandoned,

That you are loved,

Peaceful.

You are creating a new vibration,

New energy,

New habit,

New future.

I encourage you to keep on practicing this every day.

The more you will do it,

The more natural it will become.

Have you ever tried to brush your teeth with your non-dominant hand?

In the beginning it feels weird,

It takes much more time and you might want to switch back to the other hand and go back to what you are used to,

Because it's easier.

But if you practice it,

Your body will become used to it and you will master it.

The same goes for your mind,

Morning practice or any new behaviour you are introducing into your life.

The more you practice it,

The more natural it will get.

So I invite you to sit comfortably with your spine straight,

Your shoulders back and when you are ready,

You can close your eyes.

By closing your eyes,

You redirect your focus into your inner world,

Towards yourself.

Notice how your body is feeling.

Is there any tension,

Discomfort in your body?

Maybe you just woke up and you feel like stretching a little bit.

I invite you to start raising your arms slowly above your head,

Slowly and mindfully.

Give yourself a nice stretch and then bring your arms slowly down and relax them in your lap.

How is your mind?

What are you thinking?

Are you here now or does your mind keep on wandering away?

Are you thinking about what happened yesterday or about all the things you need to do?

Observe your thoughts,

Feelings and emotions that are coming up.

You can think about your thoughts as cars that are passing by on a busy road and it's up to you which car you choose to get in.

And just because the car is passing by,

You don't have to get into it.

You have a choice.

So allow your thoughts to pass by without giving them any attention.

It will get easier with practice.

Now we will take three deep,

Clearing breaths.

Breathing into your nose,

Into your belly.

Allowing your belly to expand.

And exhale.

Breathing into your nose.

Beautiful,

Deep breath into your belly,

Filling your belly up.

And exhale.

And with the last clearing breath,

Breathing in,

Expanding,

Filling yourself up.

And on exhale you can release any energies,

Anything that doesn't save you anymore.

Sending it to the earth,

To your feet.

Release.

Beautiful.

I invite you to set an intention for yourself.

How do you want to feel today?

What do you want to experience?

Choose one word that represents how you want to feel.

It can be peace,

Love,

Harmony,

Gratitude,

Safety,

Abundance,

Rested,

Nourished.

So choose your word now that represents how you want to feel.

Beautiful.

Do you have it?

And on count of three say your word out loud or in silently.

One,

Two,

Three,

Love.

And repeat this word any time during the day when you notice that you are going unconscious.

And realign yourself with your intention.

Remind yourself what you are creating today.

Who you choose to be,

How you choose to feel.

Now we will invoke feelings of gratitude.

I will give you some suggestions to get you started.

You are very welcome to add them to your liking.

See yourself waking up in the morning,

Doing your practice.

And you feel good,

You feel relaxed,

You feel connected,

You feel excited about your day.

You get up and have a delicious healthy breakfast.

Then you go to work and everything gets done and accomplished with ease.

People are very friendly,

Helpful and supportive.

How do you feel?

Do you feel excited?

Do you feel happy and grateful?

The sun is shining and you just had a delicious lunch.

Things are going well for you.

Imagine you are feeling great and everything you touch you finish with ease.

You know that task that you've been postponing for a while.

Imagine that today you finish it with ease.

How do you feel?

Do you feel good?

Do you feel proud?

Do you feel successful?

What else would you like to happen today?

How about spending a beautiful evening with your loved ones,

Friends or by yourself?

What is it that you would like to experience today?

How would you like to feel?

You can imagine it now.

It's time to go to sleep now.

You are in bed and you feel so happy and filled with gratitude as you recapitulate your day.

Being thankful for all the amazing things you experience.

Can you feel it?

Let's take one more deep breath,

Breathing in,

Welcoming this feeling into your body.

Allow it to expand into every cell of your body.

Fill yourself up with gratitude.

And with exhale,

Send it down to the earth,

Anchoring it into your body,

Into this reality.

Send it over to the universe so it may unfold for the highest good of all.

Beautiful.

You can stay here with this feeling for a little bit.

And when you feel ready,

You can start slowly moving your toes,

Your fingers,

Coming back into your body,

Into this reality.

And in your own time,

You can open your eyes.

Welcome back.

I invite you to commit yourself to keep this vibration all day long.

And if you go back to the old way of being,

Thinking,

Gently connect again with your vision,

With your word.

Use your word any time during the day when you notice yourself going into negative thinking.

By saying your word,

You connect with your vision and realign yourself to the new vibration.

You have the power to choose what you create.

I invite you to practice this every morning because the practice makes the difference.

The more you practice it,

The easier it will get and the more results you will experience.

So set yourself for success.
