This short meditation helps you come back to the present moment,

Calm your mind,

And reconnect with your energy.

It's a moment to pause,

Settle,

And create a space of clarity and grounded calm within yourself.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose,

And exhale gently through your mouth.

Allow yourself to arrive right here,

In this moment.

Whatever came before can wait.

Right now,

Your only task is to breathe.

As you inhale,

Notice your body expanding with calm.

As you exhale,

Feel your body letting go,

Unwinding just a little more each time.

If there's a part of you that feels heavy or tight,

Send your breath there,

And invite it to soften.

With each breath out,

Imagine releasing what no longer serves you.

Now,

Sense your energy,

That subtle field around you.

Notice if it feels busy,

Dim,

Or scattered.

With your next breath,

Imagine that field clearing,

Like a gentle breeze moving through,

Refreshing every layer of your being.

Take a moment to notice your energy now.

Is it steadier,

Calm,

And feeling more aligned?

Carry this sense of grounded presence with you,

Letting it support your thoughts,

Actions,

And choices.

Take one last slow breath in,

And a gentle exhale,
