Let us begin with a breath,
Taking a deep in-breath,
Expanding,
Exhaling and letting go.
Deep in-breath,
Slow out-breath,
Allowing yourself to sink into this moment.
As you take your in-breath,
Allowing this sacred life-giving force,
Source,
To move through your being,
Taking awareness to your heart chakra in the middle of your chest,
Breathing in and visualising a beautiful ball of golden light.
And as you breathe in and out,
Visualising,
Intending,
Knowing that this light is spreading across your chest,
Moving up and down your body,
Beautifully invoking your divine light as we welcome in your soul presence.
Allow these words to speak to you on a soul level.
Listening,
Exploring,
Communicating,
Discovering.
Who am I?
You ask.
You seek me,
Yearn for me,
Write about me,
Sing about me,
Beautifully,
Creatively,
Amusingly.
Where am I?
I am here in this moment,
I am gone the next,
I am eternity,
I am stillness,
Before time,
Beyond time.
What am I?
The great overseer of all universes,
Of all realities,
All-knowing,
With infinite awareness,
Infinite wisdom.
I am the child looking up into the heavens,
Innocent,
With my unknowing,
Of my experience,
Of my existence,
Of me.
I am the joy in your heart when you laugh,
Making you laugh.
I am the one smiling at your laugh.
I am unboundless love,
I am beyond love.
When you return to me,
You will experience what birthed love itself.
Here,
No word could comprehend the experience of you,
The experience of me.
Who am I?
You name me,
I create a new name,
You define me,
I dance around your beautiful attempts to know me.
And yet,
You already know me,
You have always known me,
You have already been embraced by me,
Surrounded by me,
Held by me.
There is not a moment we do not commune,
Share our love,
Share our experience,
For you are an integral part of me.
Out of me,
You birthed as me,
As you.
And now you return.
I smile in the knowing you never left,
Yet rejoice in the wonder of your homecoming.
