Welcome to today's meditation.
My name is Verena and today's meditation is aimed to find your inner peaceful,
Calm,
Quiet place whenever you need it.
So when maybe thoughts,
Emotions or feelings are overwhelming you,
You can always find your inner safe place within yourself.
And we start this meditation today by finding our comfortable seat.
Just take a moment to find the position which works best for you today.
And when you are ready,
Gently close your eyes.
And let's give us some time to arrive in this moment.
There is no urgency to arrive in this moment.
We allow ourselves to take the time to just be.
And let's have a check-in in our body today first.
How does your body feel today?
How are you sitting on your cushion or on the floor?
Can you feel your pelvis area?
Maybe your legs are folded?
Just have a scan here and just observe what you can feel in your body.
And also check in your in your upper body.
Maybe you find out that you're leaning a bit forwards or backwards.
Are you sitting very comfortable,
Straight up today?
Whatever it is,
Just observe.
There's no right or wrong,
There's no judgment.
Feel in your arms,
In your head.
And try to feel in your whole body at the same time.
How would you describe how you feel today in your body?
If you would need to choose a color to describe this feeling,
How you feel in your body today,
Which color would you choose?
And whatever color comes to your mind,
Imagine that your whole body is shaping and turning into this color.
Every part of your body is in this beautiful color you have chosen.
And just observe it.
Beautiful.
We let go now of this color and the attention of our body.
We send our focus to our natural breathing.
And also here,
There is no right or wrong.
No rushing,
No forcing needed.
Just observe your very natural breathing.
Beautiful.
And with every exhalation,
And you don't need to force it,
Just observe the exhalation.
You let go a little bit more of your thoughts,
What has been today,
Or what will there be in the future.
And you allow yourself to arrive a little bit more in this moment.
With every exhalation,
You feel that your body is relaxing a little bit more.
And with that,
Your mind is arriving a little bit more in this moment.
And then we just can embrace to be in this moment.
Our body is in this moment.
Our soul arrives in this moment.
Our mind is in this moment.
And there's nothing to do.
Just be.
Beautiful.
And I invite you now to explore and discover your peaceful space,
Your peaceful room within yourself.
And to explore that,
I want you to imagine that from your crown,
Your head,
A beautiful spiral staircase is going down into your heart area.
It's the most beautiful spiral staircase you have ever seen,
And it looks so beautiful.
From your head,
Your crown area,
Into your heart area.
And slowly you start walking down this staircase,
Step by step,
Step by step,
Step by step,
Step by step,
Step by step,
Step by step.
And you feel curious,
But you also feel so much trust.
You feel warm.
You feel that something beautiful is waiting for you.
And round and round you go,
The steps down into your heart area,
Slowly,
With joy,
Curiosity,
And trust.
And there are only a few more steps to take.
And you take the last three steps down,
And what you see now is a big hall.
You arrive in a big hall,
And what you see at the end of the hall is a beautiful door,
A wooden door,
Huge,
Beautiful.
You haven't seen a more beautiful door before.
So many ornaments are in this wooden door,
So many details.
And you want to see it,
So you walk through the hall towards this beautiful door.
And again,
You're curious what is behind this door.
You feel that it is something really beautiful.
You're welcomed.
And you are reaching the door.
You're in front of it right now.
And your hand is reaching towards the handle.
You're so curious.
And as soon as your hand is nearly touching the handle,
The door magically opens for you.
And you are embraced by light,
By warmth.
You just soak in this moment.
There's so much light.
There's so much warmth.
And after a few moments,
You realize that you are in a beautiful,
Huge,
Light room.
You don't know yet what this room is all about.
But as soon as you are warmed by the light,
You are like covered in this light.
And you feel that you want to walk into this room more and more.
And you look around.
And it's your inner room of peace and calm.
And you take time to explore what you can see in this room.
Maybe you see these beautiful,
Big windows where the light is coming through.
Maybe your room has different colors.
Maybe your room has some columns.
How is the floor in the room?
Maybe there are cushions,
Areas where you can sit.
However your room looks like,
It's your personal room of peace and calmness.
And the only thing you need to do is to explore this room,
Embrace the light.
And just be and soak in the energy of this room.
And you walk around this room now.
You want to get all the details.
You want to get the full energy of this room.
Maybe your hands are touching the walls.
And you are surrounded by a beautiful light.
It's nearly golden.
And you feel warm by this light.
You walk around your room.
You're so happy that you found this place.
You feel that it gives you so much good energy.
And you find now a place in this room where you just want to sit down for a moment,
To inhale the whole atmosphere.
Might be a place in the corner.
It might be in the middle of the room.
Wherever you choose.
Just find some space which talks to you,
Which speaks to you.
And sit down there for a moment.
Close your eyes.
And you just get all the atmosphere into you.
You feel that this place is a safe space.
All this peace and calming energy is nourishing you.
And the only thing you need to do is just sit here and embrace this energy.
You take in a deep inhale through your nose.
And then exhale throughout your mouth.
Another deep inhale.
You want to soak in all the atmosphere.
And exhale.
Inhale all the energy of the room.
You are so happy that you found this place here.
And you feel that whatever has been there before doesn't matter in this moment.
You feel like whatever is coming next,
It doesn't matter.
It's your space now.
It's your time.
And you realize that this is your own space,
Your sanctuary,
Your peaceful room,
Your room where you are nourished with clarity,
With calmness,
With peace.
So in every moment,
You know now that you have this room available for you anytime.
Anytime.
And you're surprised that you haven't found it before.
But it doesn't matter.
You found it now.
And you're getting so much joy out of it that you have found this place.
And you feel that it nourished you.
It filled your energy tanks.
It filled you up with all the good positive energy.
And you feel like it's time to also bring this feeling back into your day.
And you gently get up slowly from your comfortable seat in your beautiful room.
And you turn around yourself.
Take a last gaze around the room.
Embracing one more time this energy.
And you're so grateful for this experience,
For this moment,
For this room within yourself.
And you're knowing that you can come back anytime.
You feel like that it's time now to leave this room.
You're heading back towards this beautiful door.
The same as when you wanted to enter it.
As soon as your hand is going on the handle,
The door magically opens for you again.
And you look back once more over your shoulder,
Sending a gratitude,
A thank you to this room.
And you know that you have everything with you now.
And you feel that it's time now to go back,
To walk slowly through this hall.
And you're nearly in front of the spiral staircase.
And you know now that you're taking up the stairs gently.
And you feel nourished.
You feel with positive energy.
You feel calm.
You feel peaceful.
And you walk up the stairs with so much good energy,
Step by step,
Stair by stair.
And you enjoy walking up there,
Still processing the experience you just had.
And a few more steps.
And you arrive back where you have started this journey.
And with that,
You arrive back in your body.
You feel again into your body.
Maybe you feel your legs,
Your pelvis area,
Your arms,
Your upper body.
Just arrive back in your body after this journey.
And last time,
Focus and bring your attention to your natural breathing.
And you gently reflect on what has happened right now.
And I would like you to remember that you have just found your inner room or your inner space.
A room of peace,
Of calmness,
Your own sanctuary,
Where you can go anytime,
Whenever you need it.
There are some times in life,
These moments,
Where we feel overwhelmed by feelings,
Thoughts,
And emotions.
And we can go in our room of peace,
Tranquility,
In our own sanctuary.
You have discovered your room today,
And you can go back anytime.
And with this feeling,
You feel centered,
You feel aligned,
You feel calm,
You feel ready for whatever comes next today.
And we take three more inhales through the nose,
And exhale through our mouth together.
And with the last exhalation,
You will open your eyes.
First inhale,
