Verena is a dancer, embodiment teacher, and the creator of confiDANCE — confidence through movement, connection, and expression. Trained in Modern Dance and dance pedagogy, she combines body awareness with guided movement impulses and creative expression. Her work draws on the movement traditions of modern dance — Laban, Graham, Ausdruckstanz — and brings them into a somatic practice anyone can access. ConfiDANCE is more than a movement method. It is a lifestyle rooted in body awareness, creativity, and authentic self-expression — and in the belief that the body carries a wisdom deeper than thought. As Nietzsche wrote: “There is more wisdom in your body than in your deepest philosophies.” Verena’s sessions invite you to find that wisdom — not through technique, but through felt experience. Each class moves through three phases: arriving in the body, working with a movement impulse, and free expression. No choreography. No performance. Just a body, some space, and a willingness to listen. No dance experience needed.
