A Moment Of Clarity
Often, what we really need before we begin is clarity—not answers, but a sense of alignment. That’s why I created this short meditation: a gentle reminder that even in times of uncertainty, you can always find “a light somewhere, a guide, a compass” within yourself. Take a few quiet minutes just for you. Let it support you in realigning with your inner truth and reconnecting with your own rhythm.

Hello.
Welcome to this meditation.
My name is Verena and today's theme for the meditation is clarity.
And to start this meditation just find a comfortable seat either on a cushion,
A chair or on the floor.
Make it comfortable for yourself and at the same time try to lift your spine.
Have a straight back.
Lift your chin a little bit higher so that you have a beautiful long spine from your pelvis area to your head crown and arrive in this receiving posture.
And whenever you're ready just close your eyes and let's together arrive in this moment and take three deep inhales through our nose and exhales throughout the mouth.
And exhale.
Arrive in this moment.
Another inhale.
Arrive in this moment.
Last deep inhale and exhale.
Arrive in this moment.
And there's absolutely nothing to do for you right now.
Let go now of the deep breathing and just return to your natural breath and arrive more and more in this moment.
And try to observe your natural breathing.
Maybe you can feel it under your nostrils.
Maybe you feel your chest or belly rising.
And without forcing anything just observe your breath in your body and enjoy this peaceful moment you have given yourself right now.
There might be a million of thoughts running in your head.
That is absolutely fine.
There is no right or wrong in this meditation.
Just acknowledge these thoughts.
Accept them that they are here and let them pass.
Let them pause for a moment and return to your natural breathing.
When you align with your breath,
Observe it and feel it in your body,
You always return a little bit more home into your body.
And in this beautiful state we are in right now,
In this peaceful moment,
I'm going to take you on a little journey.
You don't have to do anything.
Just follow me if it feels like right for you.
And always stay connected with your breathing.
And just enjoy the journey.
So I want you to imagine that in front of you is starting a beautiful bridge,
A beautiful wooden bridge,
Big and inviting.
And you maybe hesitate a little bit to take the steps,
But you feel that it is the right path to do today,
To go there.
And step by step you go on this beautiful bridge.
And with every step you make,
You feel more confident,
More sure that something beautiful will wait for you on the other side of the bridge.
And you're halfway through this bridge and you smell,
You smell salty water in a way,
You're curious.
You continue walking and slowly you find in front of you the sea and the beautiful horizon and the beach so big you have never seen before.
And there is absolutely no one.
And you can't wait that your feet are touching the sand.
So you continue to go to the end of the bridge.
You find some stairs and you slowly go down the stairs and here's the moment your feet are touching the sand.
This huge,
Huge beach in front of you,
The sea that doesn't seem to end,
The sky,
The horizon,
Everything seems so big and far away.
And you walk through this beach and you enjoy this feeling and you can't believe that you're here just alone with this beautiful scenery.
And you walk through this beach towards the sea and you decide that you find a very comfortable seat on the beach overseeing the sea and just take a moment to take it all in.
There's so much to see,
To feel,
To hear in this moment.
You can't believe it and at the same time there is so much stillness within you.
And you start to observe what you can hear.
You hear the sea,
The waves,
You also can hear the wind and maybe you also hear some birds singing.
And you take all these noises in and you enjoy so much what you can hear,
Hear in this beautiful place.
All the noises of the nature.
And you start also to have a closer look what you can see.
All these colors of the water,
The sky,
The sand,
The sun reflecting.
These colors what you can see,
Blue,
Golden,
So beautiful.
And you take in the picture,
Store it in your heart forever.
And you take all in what you can see and you enjoy it so much.
And you start now to smell a little bit more.
Can you smell the salty water like you have done on the bridge?
What else can you smell?
Maybe a little bit fishy water smell?
Maybe the sand has a very distinct smell.
You are very curious what you can smell.
And you take it all in and you enjoy so much that you have discovered new smells.
And you enjoy it so much.
And now you also feel that the wind on your skin touches you gently.
Maybe you feel also some temperature changes.
You feel that there is water in the air.
You feel the softness of the sand.
All these different feelings overflowing your body right now.
And you observe it and you enjoy it.
And you take it all in.
Take a deep breath in and out here.
What a beautiful place.
And you sit there in stillness.
All the senses are awake.
And with every moment you sit there,
You feel more and more peaceful in yourself.
And you start again to see and try to find out where the sea ends,
Where the sky begins.
And in that moment you find far in the distant a lighthouse.
And you are surprised because you haven't seen it before.
And it is small but you are sure it is a lighthouse sending beautiful light out and adding to this wonderful scenery.
And somehow you are drawn to this lighthouse.
You want to see all the details but it is so far in the distance.
What a surprise that you haven't seen it before.
And you keep looking at the lighthouse.
And somehow the lighthouse gives you a lot of trust and reassurance.
It is a compass.
It is a guide.
So whenever we are in a situation where we might feel a bit unclear,
Uncertain about things,
There is always a light somewhere.
A guide,
A compass when we take the moment to pause and find stillness.
And you realize you came here to connect with a light,
With a guide,
With a compass.
And I just want you to keep looking at the lighthouse and observe if there are any answers coming up.
Or if you just enjoy the scenery and the constant flashing of light from the lighthouse.
Just take a moment in stillness to observe,
To let you be inspired by this lighthouse,
By this beautiful light flashing.
And just listen if there are any answers upcoming.
There is nothing to force,
Nothing to wait for.
Just listen.
And stay connected with yourself.
Your senses awake.
You enjoy the scenery.
And you just open up to listen.
And there is a moment where you close now your eyes.
You know that you are in this beautiful scenery.
But you want a moment where you just reflect on everything and be with yourself.
And you take it all in.
You know that it's slowly time to walk back.
But you take a moment to reflect that whenever there are uncertainties,
Doubts,
Anxieties,
There is always a pause button where we can sit down.
Observe these feelings.
Accept them.
And reactivate our senses.
Put yourself in every scenery you can imagine.
And sense it with your ears,
Your eyes,
Your nose,
Your whole body.
And in a moment of stillness and acceptance of what is right now,
We can choose what our next step might be.
We might realign with our inner light.
We might have a symbol like the lighthouse coming up.
We might feel drawn to something,
Be guided,
Whatever it is.
You can decide what to do next.
There is always,
Always a guide.
Sometimes we just struggle to listen to it,
To see it,
To feel it.
Sometimes we need a little bit of patience.
But there is always a guide.
And with that memory you just had,
With that experience,
You feel like it's the moment you can slowly stand up again.
Say thank you to the scenery.
Smile back to the lighthouse.
It's a very surprising gift.
And you turn back and walk towards the bridge.
You feel calm.
You feel re-energized.
You know you can accept everything what is right now.
And you can choose clarity.
And you feel like you walk a little bit lighter back over the beach.
You come closer and closer to the bridge.
And you know that when you go over the bridge,
You come back to your reality.
But you feel like you are prepared.
You had a moment of acceptance and stillness and maybe a little bit more clarity what the next step could be.
And if not,
You know that there will be your lighthouse coming up,
Your guide.
Your intuition will guide you.
And you now take the steps up to the bridge,
One after each other.
And you slowly walk over this beautiful big bridge.
Last time you gaze back,
Smiling,
Being grateful for this experience.
And you are eager now to bring this feeling into your reality.
And you walk over the bridge.
You are halfway through now.
And you know when you come at the end of the bridge,
You are back in the room where you have started.
And you feel comfortable returning.
And you take now the last three steps.
And you are back in the room where you have started your journey.
Let's connect with your breath again,
Your natural breathing.
Observe where you can feel your breathing.
Under the nostrils maybe.
You are just a belly rising.
And arrive again in this moment,
In the room you are in,
In the place you are in.
And you again reflect on this little journey you just had.
You take it all in.
And when we slowly return back from our meditation,
I want you to remember that times of uncertainty,
Unclarity,
Doubts,
Anxieties are a gift.
They are forcing us to pause,
To come into stillness,
To reawakening our senses and make yourself open and receiving for whatever is coming there.
It can be a lighthouse.
It can be a symbol.
It can be a feeling where you are drawn to.
It can be a guide.
The only thing we need to do is to accept what is right now and be open to be guided.
And with that feeling we are ending the meditation with three deep inhales through the nose and exhales throughout the mouth.
And with the last exhalation we open the eyes.
First inhalation.
And exhale.
Thanking yourself for this little journey.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Prepare yourself for coming out of this meditation soon.
And last inhale.
And gently open your eyes in this moment.
And give yourself a little bit time to reflect what you have experienced right now.
And I wish you a lovely day.
Thank you very much.
