The intention of this short practice is to help you center yourself,
So just take a quick second to pull yourself out of your environment and to help you connect with your inner stability.
Let's just breathe.
Take a deep breath in,
And take a deep breath out.
You are okay,
And you have full permission to release everything.
Feel your feet on the ground,
The earth is holding you.
Release your shoulders,
Let them melt all the way down.
Release your jaw,
Let it totally relax.
Release your forehead,
Let it unwrinkle.
And I just want to ask you,
Can you be okay right now?
Can you quiet your thoughts,
Just for right now?
It's okay to just be here.
You owe nothing to anyone in this moment.
Just be here with your breath.
Take a deep breath in,
Knowing that life is here for you.
Take a deep breath out,
Just letting it all go.
And wiggle your fingers and your toes,
Just feel into your own body,
Your own presence.
You can come back into your space.
And just know that wherever you have to go next,
Whoever you have to be with,
Whatever you have to do,
Use your tools.
Use your breath,
Use your body,
Use the ground beneath you to help you become more grounded and centered,
And to help you remember that you are okay,
That you can be okay in any moment.
