Welcome to your guided meditation for gratitude and abundance.
We'll start with some breathing.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through the mouth.
Again in through the nose and out through the mouth.
And do that a few more times at your own pace but each time slowing it down a little more.
Noticing your body falling into a deeper state of relaxation.
The mind is settling.
Maybe you can perceive your heart rate slowing down.
You start to perceive the boundaries between you and your environment begin to blur.
Now move your awareness into your heart center away from your logical thinking mind.
You see a doorway in your heart.
Go through it and find yourself in a very clear and calming space.
Now visualize the things in your life that you're grateful for.
Let's start with relationships.
One by one see each relationship that's most important to you.
You see that person in your mind's eye and say thank you to them.
Let each one appear before you giving your gratitude for them in your life and all of the abundance and blessings that have come from them being there.
No relationship is perfect but now is the time to honor and celebrate in your mind what these relationships have done for you.
They've enhanced your life.
They've brought you joy.
They've given you opportunities that you wouldn't otherwise have.
They've healed you.
They've helped you mirror back things that you need to change about yourself.
Now let's move on to the visualization of the material things in your life that you're grateful for.
Move through each object or group of objects one by one.
Maybe it's a dwelling that gives you a roof over your head.
Maybe it's your garden,
The trees where you usually walk.
It could be the sky and the sun and it could be the money in your bank account.
Anything.
Visualize each one and say thank you.
Let their existence in your life fill you with joy and fulfillment.
You're glowing because of these things that you have in your everyday existence.
And now lastly let's visualize each of the opportunities that you find in your life.
One by one move through all of the doors that are currently open to you,
The pathways that are presented to you,
Some of them you have already started to take advantage of and you're so grateful.
Say thank you.
Thank you to the universe for allowing you to have these opportunities.
You are so blessed because you have options open to you and without much effort the things that can help you along your path appear.
You are working with the universe toward your goals and who you're meant to be.
These opportunities are evidence of that.
And now let those opportunities fade away in your mind's eye and silently repeat this affirmation.
This is everything I need.
Everything is happening just as it should.
And now you can repeat this affirmation.
I'm here.
This moment is everything.
I attract abundance.
And now let's ask ourselves a series of soul questions.
So keeping your awareness in your heart space you will silently repeat these questions after you hear them and then wait for the answers to arise naturally.
Don't force it.
The first question is who am I?
Who am I really?
The next question is what am I grateful for?
The next question is what do I need to surrender?
And the last question is how am I content with my current situation?
And now imagine gathering all the questions and the answers in the palms of your hands and release them up into the universe.
Watching them fade away into the distance.
Trusting that unseen forces are caring for them.
They'll be there when you need them again.
Now we're setting aside all thoughts and emotions and we're going to silently meditate for the next couple of minutes.
You don't have to do anything.
Just rest in existence.
Rest in awareness.
Rest in bliss.
Now gently bring your awareness back to where we began.
But before opening your eyes,
Silently repeat these affirmations.
Joyful,
Energetic body.
Peaceful,
Alert mind.
Loving,
Compassionate heart.
Lightness of being.
And when you're ready,
You can slowly open your eyes.
Thank you for joining me for this gratitude and abundance meditation.
