Glorious One,
You are perfect as you are.
I invite you to feel your connection to the earth,
Gravity supporting you unconditionally.
Just right,
Not too tight so that you might be pushed into a pancake and not too loose that you might float away into outer space.
Notice where in your body there is tension and see if any of those muscles might be willing to let go and let gravity,
Let earth support you and carry what is too heavy for you to hold.
Close your eyes if you feel safe and notice where in your body you identify that which is not yours.
Projections that belong to other people and their own fears.
Notice where others ideas and words might have lodged onto your being and on each exhale intentionally release the projections that do not serve you.
Lies that are out of alignment with your truth and who you came to this planet to be.
On each inhale you feel your contact with the earth tap roots from the soles of your feet reaching all the way down to the center of the earth.
And bringing up up up into your body.
Empowerment,
Unconditional love,
A fierce tenderness,
Acceptance of your exact nature.
Filling you with vitality just as earth supplies all of the plants with the support and nourishment that they need to reach up to the heavens.
Allow that juicy vitality to fill up your entire being.
On each inhale you are expanding into your space,
The bubble around your body.
Just as flowers unfurl in the spring as the earth supplies plants with that vitality.
And each exhale you continue to shed like dead leaves in autumn.
You can feel from the crown of your head the highest point closest to the stars.
The sweet kiss on your forehead.
From the sun,
The moon,
The planets,
All of the constellations.
Nourishment is supporting you from below.
And celestial chi is blessing you from above.
Together the yin of the earth and the yang of the heavens is harmonizing within you.
So that your energy body is suffused with radiance and vitality.
Protecting you on the edges of your energetic body is the brightness of the sun and the power of the earth.
Feel yourself connected on the vertical axis deep into the support of the earth who says,
You are supposed to be here.
You are supposed to be here.
You are supposed to be here exactly as you are.
And the blessing from the north star,
The seven stars of the big dipper,
All of the constellations from above echoing.
You belong.
You belong.
You belong.
From below and from above you are infinitely resourced,
Plugged into the source.
And all around you on the horizontal axis you are protected and shielded from the human folly.
Grounded on your central column,
The unfurling of your spine,
In the knowing that you are exactly who you came here to be.
Let your shoulders roll back,
That scapula opening,
A beautiful thread lifting your crown up to the heavens.
Your chest open,
Feeling the majesty of who you are,
A miracle,
Exactly right and right on time.
And as you go forward from this meditation,
Know that these resources,
The earth below and the sky above are always here for you,
Whenever you need.
