Hey,
My name's Kher and I'm extremely grateful that you've taken the time to join me today as I guide you through this Taking Back Your Power for Empaths meditation.
I encourage you to find either a comfortable seated position with your back body against a surface or if you're more comfortable laying down,
Taking up all of the space that you'd like with your arms and your legs,
Harnessing your inner starfish and fully taking up all of the space that you need.
This experience may involve a little bit of energy work depending on how open you are coming into it.
So afterwards,
I encourage you to stay fully hydrated throughout your day so that you're also able to stay connected to your higher and truest self that will be empowering and fully unleashing today.
And whenever you feel ready and safe,
Gently close your eyes and start to bring your attention towards your breath and your inhales and your exhales and without changing them,
Just notice how they're showing up today in your body.
The depth,
The length,
What part of your back body pushes against the surface first through your inhale and what part of your front body releases first through the exhale.
And from here,
Bring your attention towards the base of your spine.
And on every new inhale,
Starting your breath at the base of your spine,
Letting it fill up and climb each vertebra all the way up to the top of your head.
And on the exhale,
Releasing around your crown,
Your shoulders,
Your shoulder blades,
Ribs,
Each ab all the way down to your root chakra at the base of your spine.
Without this experience,
You may wander off on your own adventure from time to time and knowing that that is completely normal.
And if you'd like to ground back with me into your present moment at any point if that happens,
I encourage you to use this exercise that we just practiced together with your breath to ground you back into your present.
Your breath is one of the most powerful tools that you have to bring you back into you and into your now.
So staying connected to your breath,
Start to bring your attention towards your heart center and your heart chakra.
And almost like you're switching on a light switch,
Ignite your inner light in this space and let it shine whatever color it's showing up as today.
Maybe even it's a tie dye or rainbow effect.
Maybe it's got some glitter or some sparkles going on.
And however your inner light is showing up as today,
Knowing that it could change at any point,
But also knowing that this light is going to get brighter and brighter as we take back our power and allow this light to extend outwards into any spaces,
Any places,
Or possibly even into our past and past experiences to take back anywhere that you feel that you left either a part of yourself or a part of your personal power.
And by regaining your power through this light,
You're refueling your inner soul and coming back into your full and most powerful version of yourself.
So from here,
Allow your light to extend out into your torso,
Filling up every nook and cranny,
Every cell and every organ and anything that doesn't necessarily feel like it's serving you or that it's yours.
Allow your light to take back its power and to leave this space completely full of your own bright light.
Let the light expand through your arms,
Your legs,
Your head and neck.
Allowing this light completely fill up your vessel and allowing this light to shine just a little bit brighter now,
Knowing that your vessel is completely enveloped in all of you.
And as we extend outwards,
Knowing that this vessel will stay clear and clean as we go.
Allowing your light to expand out a foot,
Two,
Three feet out from your body,
From side to side,
From top to bottom.
And imagining that this light fills up your aura,
Your energetic field or your personal dome depending on how you refer to it.
And anything in this space that does not feel like yours,
Allow this light to take back your power from it and to gently leave behind your light and allowing it to get brighter.
Knowing now that your entire energetic field is completely your own.
And as we extend outwards,
Anywhere that resonates with you that you've left your power,
Allow your energetic dome and your vessel to be open to taking back your energy that you have left behind.
From here,
Extending the light out into whatever space and room you're in,
Into whatever house or building you might be in and taking back your power anywhere that you may have left it.
And anytime you feel that gentle pull of taking back your power,
Allowing your vessel to be open to receiving it.
From here,
Extend your light out into your street,
Into your neighborhood and anywhere in this area that you feel like you may have left a part of yourself or you may have left some of your power behind.
Allowing your light to be like a sponge to absorb it all back up and continue to extend this light out into your city,
Into your province or state and taking back your power and your light in any of these spaces that you may have left it.
Exhaling this light out further into your entire country and anywhere that you may have visited in the past year,
Two,
Three,
10,
Anywhere that feels like you're ready to receive back what you left behind.
Allow this light to extend out into your neighboring countries.
Even if you haven't physically visited them,
Maybe you have in a dream or a book.
We're going to gently let our lights slowly start to move across oceans,
Across continents and allow your light to slowly start to encompass the entire earth taking back your power anywhere on this planet that you may have left it.
Be it on a trip,
In a dream,
From an experience that you watched or read.
Allowing your light to fully cover mother earth and to softly receive your light back.
Taking a few last moments here and gently start calling your light back across continents,
Across oceans,
Into your neighboring countries,
Into your own country,
Into your state or province,
Into your city,
Your neighborhood,
Your street,
Your house or building,
Onto the floor that you're on and into the room that you're in.
Bringing your light back towards your energetic field,
Aura and dome and noticing as this light is getting closer to you,
It is getting so much brighter as it concentrates and fills up your energetic field.
Taking a few moments to fully land into your power and into your light that you are now completely enveloped in.
Breathing in your light and through the exhales feeling the power in your entire body,
Being in mind.
From here,
Gently start to call your light back towards your vessel,
Allowing it to come in a foot,
Two,
All the way until it's connected fully to your vessel and your vessel is glowing with whatever light,
Color,
Glitter,
Rainbows,
However your being is right now,
Allow yourself to fully bask in this vibration that is you right now.
Slowly connecting to what your vessel feels like when it is completely connected to your light,
Knowing that you have the power to come back to this at any point throughout your day.
Slowly start to call your light back towards your heart center,
Letting it gently leave your arms,
Your legs,
Your head,
Filling up your torso and getting as bright as it has been as it concentrates into your heart center.
Knowing that this is your source and this is your fuel that helps you stay connected with you and your highest self.
From here,
Just feeling this light in your heart center,
Observing whatever color it is in this particular moment.
And from here,
I invite you to ask this light to come into a bright white light,
Allowing this white light to be purely you and knowing that as it shows up as a white light and as a bright light,
It is completely clear of anything that has not been serving it.
And it's welcome to come into any color throughout the day that it would like to change back to,
But we're setting it at a white light so that it's neutral for you and that you're able to guide it into whatever it needs to show up as,
As your full power and as you,
As you move forward into your day.
And you're going to keep this light switch on,
Allowing your light to guide you through your day.
And to bring you back into your present moment,
We're going to do three nice big inhales followed by three big sighs,
Allowing each inhale and exhale to get just a bit longer than the last.
So together,
Take an inhale through your nose.
Open your mouth and release.
Inhale one last time.
Seal your lips.
Come back to your breath in and out through your nose and gently twinkle your fingers.
Rotate your wrists and place your hands and palms over top of your heart to feel your light through your palms and through your energetic,
Creative tools,
Knowing that your hands are what help you connect energetically throughout your day.
So you're always welcome to come back to placing your hands on top of your heart to feel your light if you need that tactical experience.
