Today's practice is created to ignite your inner light and to remind you that you are a magnet for joy.
Let's start by finding a comfortable position.
I invite you to gently flutter your eyes closed.
Soften your jaw.
Relax your shoulders.
And tune into your breath.
Notice the natural rhythm of your inhalations and exhalations.
Now let's take a deep breath in through your nose.
Sip in a little bit more air.
And exhale.
Release any tension or stress you may be holding onto.
Let's do this once more.
Inhale deeply.
Sip in a little bit more air.
And exhale.
With each breath,
Allow yourself to settle in deeper into this present moment.
Return to your natural breath.
And as you do,
Vision a stream of warm,
Vibrant light flowing from the base of your spine down into the earth beneath you.
This grounding energy connects you to the nurturing essence of the universe,
Instilling a sense of safety and stability.
Know that your joy is rooted in this secure foundation.
As you breathe in,
Draw this nurturing energy upward.
Feeling it fill your body and energize every cell of your being.
At the same time,
Visualize a brilliant golden light pouring in through the crown of your head,
Merging with this grounding energy.
You are now surrounded by a cocoon of love and healing.
Feel this beautiful blend of energies coursing through you,
Awakening the joy that lies within.
Allow this sensation of love and light to fill you completely,
Expanding beyond your physical body as you radiate happiness and joy.
As you bask in this uplifting energy,
Repeat these affirmations softly to yourself.
