Hello beautiful soul,
Let's pause for a few minutes to become present.
I know you're busy tackling a long to-do list and I know you have a lot on your mind that you want to accomplish but for the next five minutes let's stay focused on the present.
Wherever you are right now find a place to sit,
Close your eyes and let's bring the attention to your heart center by taking three deep conscious breaths.
One Two And three Relax your body,
Feel the weight of your body on the chair,
Notice the rise and fall of your breath and the rhythm of your heartbeat.
Relax your shoulders,
Your jaw,
Your tongue,
Relax your forehead and just stay in a state of acceptance.
Accept this moment,
Accept your thoughts,
Accept your emotions,
Accept that right now is all there is so you are exactly where you're meant to be.
Enjoy this mindfulness break.
This break will help you become more present and more focused to do your daily tasks and projects.
See it as recharging your energies just like you recharge your phone.
Now in a state of gratitude for this present moment you slowly bring your attention back to the room.
Feel the weight of your body on the chair,
Feel the ground under your feet,
Wiggle your toes and fingers and know that whenever you want you can always come back to this mindfulness break meditation at any time of the day and how many times you wish.
Roll gently your neck and shoulders,
Take a deep breath and whenever you're ready open your eyes.
You are now re-energized for another round of your day.
