Welcome to this new moon meditation.

The new moon represents a pause,

A moment of stillness before new growth begins.

Like seeds resting in dark soil,

We need these quiet spaces to connect with whatever wants to come forth in our lives.

To begin,

Find a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down.

Let your eyes close or lower them gently and take three deep breaths with me.

Breathe in possibility and breathe out what no longer serves.

Breathe in clarity and breathe out confusion.

Breathe in trust and breathe out fear.

Notice your body making contact with whatever is supporting you.

Feel the weight of your body being held completely.

Place your hands on your pelvic bones.

Feel the openness of them.

They're ready to both receive what is waiting for you and to give birth to new ideas.

The new moon energy is one of receptivity,

Of allowing yourself to be open to whatever wants to unfold.

Imagine roots growing from the base of your spine,

Extending down into the earth below you.

These roots connect you to the deep wisdom of natural cycles.

The knowing that periods of rest and darkness are equally as sacred as times of action and light.

Now bring to mind something you've been wanting to create or change in your life.

What comes up when you ask yourself,

What wants to grow in my life right now?

Whatever that answer is,

It's the right answer.

Hold this intention gently like you're cupping a small seed in your hands.

You don't need to know exactly how this will unfold.

Just as seeds don't plan their growth and respond to the right conditions,

This seed will grow just how it is meant to in your life.

What would it feel like if this intention were already growing?

Incomplete,

Actively growing,

Gaining strength.

What would that look like?

Notice any excitement,

Any sense of rightness,

Any quiet knowing that arises.

Now notice what might be standing in the way of this growth.

Are there fears,

Beliefs,

Patterns?

What might be standing in the way of this seed sprouting?

Observe them without judgment like clouds passing across the moon.

These obstacles are temporary.

They do not define you or your possibilities.

Take a deep breath and imagine breathing these obstacles into your heart to be transformed with compassion.

As you exhale,

Let them dissolve.

You're making space for new growth.

Imagine yourself six months from now.

This intention you're holding has been growing steadily.

What does your life look like?

How do you feel?

What's changed?

See yourself moving through your day with this new reality integrated into your life.

Notice the confidence,

The peace,

The sense of alignment.

Now imagine that future version of yourself sending you a message.

What does future you want you to know?

What encouragement is offered?

Feel the connection between who you are right now and who you're becoming.

They're not separate.

You're already on that path.

Now take the seed you've cupped in your hands and bring it to your pelvic bones.

Plant it there to take root,

Grow,

And become real in your life.

Breathe.

Bring your attention back to your breath.

Feel your body supported beneath you.

Feel the roots deep in Mother Earth keeping you grounded.

The seed of possibility will continue growing even when you're not thinking about it.

Trust the natural process of unfolding.

Stay open,

Take aligned action when it feels right,

And trust your inner knowing.

When you're ready,

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Take a deep breath and open your eyes.
