Welcome everyone.

The expression used by Kabbalists for meditation for thousands of years is the Hebrew word Kabana,

Which literally means intention.

The ancient Kabbalah books are filled with thousands of meditations and it is known that the great Kabbalists were practicing meditations daily and sometimes for hours.

The purpose of Kabbalistic meditation is not just coming,

Relaxing and having peaceful thought,

But a way to communicate instantly with the upper worlds which allows us to tune our thoughts,

To direct spiritual energies and concentrate them in order to change our spiritual and material reality.

The verbs to tune,

Direct,

Concentrate are all different meaning of the Hebrew word Kabana.

The Kabbalistic meditation can give to the one who practice it an effortless access to the unlimited reserves of energy,

Creativity and happiness deep within.

I want to thank you for listening and to welcome you to the Kabbalistic meditation and music channel tuning our vibrations to the frequency of the light of creation to the DNA of the universe unifying our powers and elevating our world.
