Hello everyone,
Morgan here and we're back again for another 25 minute meditation session.
This brainwave is going to be a very fast one,
A very fast brainwave.
It's called,
I'm calling it Moo.
This is not official.
I don't know if anyone's experimenting with the higher ones above Lambda,
But this is called Moo.
And what can I say about Moo?
Be careful with Moo.
I tried this six,
Seven years ago,
But I did it for a few weeks.
I created a whole hour of frequencies going from Beta to High Beta to Gamma to Hyper Gamma into Lambda and in 40 minutes of Moo,
At least that's what I'm calling Moo,
Which is above 200 Hertz.
Nothing spectacular or anything happened.
I don't remember.
No,
Something did happen.
Something did happen,
But I can't remember what it was.
Something did happen.
It wasn't anything spectacular,
But something that stood out.
But one of the downsides to that is for a period of time,
It made me impotent.
That's the embarrassing part.
So when I stopped using it,
That went away.
But that's one thing.
When that happened,
I stopped instantly.
I was like,
Whoa,
That's too much.
So I don't recommend that you take this and do this every day or anything like that.
Just try it out.
You can try it out once or try it once or twice or you can wait it out.
So you could try it,
Maybe do it every three weeks or so or something.
But don't do it every day.
That I can tell you from my personal experience.
And I have no information on this frequency because I don't think we have any EEG devices that detects frequencies that fast.
But something does happen when you're meditating in those higher frequencies.
Something is going on.
So we are producing them.
It's just a matter of what do they do?
Are they beneficial?
And so on.
But try it out with me.

It can happen afterwards.

Almost 20 years now.
Actually,
It's actually 20 years,
But 19 years religiously.
But not all my experiences happened while meditating.
They happened afterwards.
So that is the case for many people.
And some people have profound experiences while meditating.
I do too,
But that only started happening in the last four years or so.
So we're going to get our headphones,
Get our headphones ready.
And that's it.
Put them on.
Make sure when you're meditating,
You keep your back straight,
Eyes closed.
Try to breathe through your nostrils if you can.
And that should do it.
