We're going to be meditating in the theta state for 25 minutes So for those who don't know this is the energy meditation and the energy is a grassroots project where I?

Are you producing lots of theta?

It helps with reducing of stress It helps to maintain positive thinking It helps increase learning capabilities and so on and so on there's a lot of benefit with with theta Theta is a deeper form of meditation as opposed to alpha which we're doing last week But theta is a different type of experience,

And if you're sensitive enough you can tell the difference so right now.

We're going to start Doing our session and as I said this is a group session so Anywhere anyone from around the world if it's happening at this time you get to meditate in this time in real time We all do this simultaneously,

And there's benefits when you meditate together as a group of course There's great benefits when you do it by yourself as well so even after this session feel free to Try this do this every day if you like for 25 minutes if you want to just to get the sense of it and to Train your brain into producing some theta,

So we're gonna get started here So ring you get your headphones make sure you have your headphones ready,

So I'm gonna have headphones Sitting back with your eyes closed,

And I just sit there for 25 minutes And that's all you have to do you don't have to do any mantras or anything of that sort but if you choose to turn the turn these is out of 25 minutes you can do that,

But you don't have to the the Algorithms the vinyl beads they entrain you so it meditates you you don't have to do any work on your part But if you want to even a higher benefit if you do Any type of traditional method if you choose to and this can be done with?

With sacred plants it could be done with Psychotherapy it could be done with yoga.

It's it's compatible with any type of spiritual therapeutic or shamanic practice all right,
