Hi,
I'm glad you decided to take a few minutes to nourish your body,
Mind and spirit with a few minutes of meditation.
Sit in a way that is comfortable for you,
Allowing your neck,
Arms and hands to be relaxed.
And if you feel like it,
Slowly close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth,
Relaxing the muscles in your face.
Continue breathing naturally.
Begin to visualize that you are walking through a beautiful and peaceful forest.
It is already night time and the light of the full moon passes through the branches,
Illuminating the whole space and painting it with a bright blue color.
With every step you take,
You discover beautiful trees,
Wonderful flowers that fill the air with sweet fragrances.
The grass has little dew drops that reflect the moonlight like diamonds.
Everywhere there are fireflies flying among the trees and plants,
Illuminating the forest like little stars floating in the air.
Breathe in and breathe out slowly,
Relaxing every muscle in your body.
You continue walking slowly,
Enjoying this beautiful and magical place,
Full of positive energy,
Calm and love.
With each step you take,
The earth receives the weight of your body and absorbs any negative energy,
Any negative emotion.
The air of this forest fills you with peace,
With each inhalation your mind relaxes more and more.
Suddenly a beautiful butterfly with blue wings that seem to glow in the dark begins to fly in front of you.
You begin to follow it.
The butterfly flies in front of you and you follow it step by step.
This butterfly guides you to a huge tree in the middle of the forest.
This tree is hundreds of years old,
With a giant trunk and thick roots that go deep into the earth.
It branches grow towards the sky and are already full of blue,
Violet and light blue leaves.
It is a magical tree.
Visualize how little by little you approach this wonderful tree and give it a hug.
Imagine how you wrapped your arms around it.
In your hands you can feel the cracks of its bark.
You can feel the fresh scent of its wood.
The tree begins to glow.
It begins to emit a warm light that illuminates the entire forest.
The tree envelops you with its light,
Filling you with inner calm,
Tranquility and love.
Here and now everything is fine.
You have nothing to worry about.
Just enjoy this present moment.
Enjoy to be breathing calmly and slowly.
Your body is freed from any worry,
Any fear.
You are filled with the strength,
The ancient wisdom and the powerful and positive energy of this tree that connects you to the universe.
Simply let go of the tree and its light dims until it goes out.
Give thanks for this moment of tranquility.
You begin to walk back out of the forest feeling full of joy with your energy renewed.
Your body is completely relaxed and you feel peace inside.
With each step you take in the forest it disappears.
Little by little you will perceive again the darkness behind your eyes reconnecting with the place where you are.

Bring your palms together to the center of your chest.
Inhale,
Giving thanks for the opportunity to take these minutes to meditate.
