We worry.

We worry all the time.

With so many expectations.

You ask yourself,

Are these thoughts even mine?

How can I step into my day when my mind is just so busy?

If I take a moment to be still.

If I take a moment to breathe.

I can select what I need to hear.

I can release what needs to leave.

Am I good enough?

Am I smart enough?

Am I pretty and kind?

Am I working to my full potential?

Or am I too much in my own mind?

Distracted.

Disheartened.

No idea what will unfold.

I need to let go of the expectations.

To let go of their hold.

Some days will be heavy with little time to smile.

Others will make me want to leap with delight.

Because new adventures await.

There's no denial.

The best that we can do.

The best that we can be.

This is something that will only come naturally.

Let go of expectations.

You have nothing to prove.

Be the person you are.

Be the best version of you.

You've got so much to offer.

So much still to come.

Never give up.

The difficult days lead on to the fun.

Just stop and take a moment.

Feel your heart beat in your chest.

Stop and take a breath.

Take this moment.

Enjoy the rest.

Our choices are our decisions.

Our minds we can control.

Just take a step back.

Take a minute and let the good times roll.

Take a big breath in.

Feel the lungs full of air.

Take a big breath out.

Let it go.

Let it go and do not care.

Be aware of your body.

Sensations moving through.

Slowly coming back to your day.
