Clean It Up Energy Hygiene Meditation

Welcome beautiful soul and thank you for being here.

Today you'll be guided through this energy hygiene meditation to take full responsibility over your own energy and to clean it up.

This involves becoming aware of what's going on in your energy field,

Clearing anything that's been projected on you and owning all of your own energetic projections,

Your judgments,

Entanglements,

Your jealousies and energy leaks that you may have been directing out into the world and onto others,

As well as onto yourself both consciously and unconsciously.

And we're going to be calling back your energy and power from any situation,

Time or place or person you've been energetically entangled and dispersing your energy with.

Perhaps a friend,

A partner,

Lover or family member or someone from the past that you haven't let go of.

It can even be a comment someone made,

A post you saw on social media,

A message,

A global issue or some random stranger that has created or activated some kind of disruption in your energy field and got you wound up in a negative cycle and your energy is entangled or depleted or just a bit off-center.

We often feel energetic projections from others and from the collective the most when our own triggers and wounds are activated.

When we're vulnerable,

Tired,

Under boundary,

Stressed or off-center in some way and our energy field is open to it.

So let's clean it all up now so that you can bring balance and harmony back into your energy field and be fully present and anchored in your own life,

On purpose and thriving.

So get comfortable now by either sitting or laying down and bring awareness into this time and space,

Allowing yourself to be fully present here,

Now and give your body permission to relax completely,

Letting it know it's safe to be here and safe to let go and release any energy it's been holding.

Place your hands on your solar plexus as you begin to inhale through your nose,

Inflate your belly on the inhale and hold the breath for a few moments and as you exhale feel yourself releasing all stress,

Tension and energy that you have been holding.

As you continue this flow of breath for a few more minutes,

Allow yourself with each breath to let your inhale be a little slower and deeper and to hold your breath in a little longer and allow your exhale to be slower as you breathe out all that you no longer need.

Begin to imagine,

To feel and become aware of a three-fold flame,

A flame of violet,

A flame of gold and a flame of white burning intertwined together forming one majestic alchemical flame and feel that it's burning next to you in its fullness,

Its vibrancy,

Its colours and as you witness this flame burning know that this is an alchemical flame,

A flame of transmutation of healing and magic and it has the potential to transmute and alchemise anything that it touches and it is here with you today to support you in cleaning up all of this energy that is out of alignment with your peace,

Clarity,

Radiance and well-being.

Imagine now that you're breathing in the energy and light of this flame and as you inhale it's moving deeply into every cell of your being.

Alchemical flames of transmutation and healing are meeting all that lies within your cells,

Dancing with them alchemically and transmuting anything that is out of alignment with your natural essence and energy flow and feel as it moves into every part of your energy field,

Your aura.

Feel it alchemising with the violet,

The white and the gold until the entire space within and around you is infused with the alchemy of the threefold flame.

When you're ready feel,

Sense and imagine yourself standing on sacred ground.

Feel the earth beneath your feet harmonising,

Vibrating and beating gently to the rhythm of the Earth Mother's heartbeat,

The Great Cosmic Earth Mother and as you stand upon this sacred ground feel yourself tuning into her,

Feeling her rhythm and feel yourself aligning to the rhythm of her heart.

When you feel centred become aware that there are divine and powerful portals of energy and light around you,

Your guides,

Ancestors,

Your higher self and the source of divine guidance are all present with you.

As you feel them welcoming you into this space your higher self steps forward and embraces you and acknowledges to you how important it is for you to be cleaning up your energy at this moment in time.

So that you can come back into focus on your own world and look after your own health and well-being and be in alignment with yourself and your own purpose.

Feel the potency of the divine portals of energy and light beginning to magnify and create a circle around you,

Your guides and ancestors,

Your higher self all supporting you and be aware of the alchemical flames still burning deep within yourselves and all around your aura.

And as you stand in this place become very aware of your own energy,

How it's been feeling,

Where it's at authentically and feel your willingness to own and clear all of the psychic projections and energy you have personally sent out through your words,

Your thoughts,

Jealousies,

Judgments,

Gossip,

Fears,

Unhealthy competition or comparison,

Through resentment or the unconscious forecasting and negativity that you've created or fed around any situations,

Workplaces,

Groups and directly upon any specific people.

Any toxic energy that you have put within your intimate relationships and most importantly the energy you've projected upon yourself consciously and unconsciously.

Take a few moments here to allow all of these people,

Places and situations that you may have been projecting on or engaging with,

Allow them to appear now in your awareness,

Seeing or sensing where or who your energy has gone to and how it may have hooked into others,

Landed on or is lurking in their energy field or it may simply be floating out in the ethers just adding to the collective toxicity or negativity and psychic pollution.

Feel yourself willing to take responsibility for your own energy and where it's been going,

The energy leaks that have been created or fed through your own energetic projections regardless of the circumstances.

Call forth now the energy of the three-fold alchemical flame from within you and feel its powerful presence and feel yourself pulling it forth,

Drawing it into your hands and hold the alchemical flame in the palm of your hands.

Feel your hands alight with our chemical flames,

The gold,

White and violet and now ignite the flame in front of you in the centre of the circle and feel it grow,

Growing with your intention.

Now call back all of your psychic energetic projections,

Your energy and power from every situation,

Time,

Place or person you've been energetically entangled and dispersing it with or towards,

The friends,

Partners,

Lovers,

Past and present or family members,

Someone or something from the past you haven't let go of,

Someone else's dreams or business,

It could even be a comment someone made,

A post you saw on social media,

A message,

A global issue or some random stranger.

Call it back from everyone and everywhere and including from yourself and your own body,

Your own organs,

Wherever it may have landed on you.

Calling it back from your projects and your dreams,

Your business,

And own it all,

Even if you can feel yourself cringing in the discomfort of your own behaviour and lack of discipline.

Call it all back and feel them coming back to you in the form of energy,

See and sense it all returning.

It may look or feel like balls of distorted energy in various colours,

Shapes and forms and as they return to you,

Guide that energy into the alchemical flames and feel the energy transmuting,

Unravelling the entanglements,

Dissolving the spells and your wishing,

Clearing and transmuting all the energy and projections into the flame and witness it all transform into pure radiant light and feel that light move between you and all of those that are still in your awareness,

Purifying and dissolving every single thread of distortion in the connection and restoring the balance.

When that feels complete,

Release anyone you no longer require in that space with you.

Now you're going to clean up all the energy that has been projected upon you and your world,

The jealousies,

The judgements,

The ill-wishing,

Spells,

Distortions,

Entanglements,

The blame and resentments,

The hooks and webs and the intrusions in your energy field,

The transference,

Conflicts and other responsibilities that you've owned,

Including collective energy and other negative energy that you're carrying that doesn't belong to you.

Become aware of anything or anyone whose energy may be entangled with yours,

May be hooked into you or lurking in your field and when you're ready,

Feel yourself stepping directly into the alchemical flame and feel it all burning off.

Alchemising all of the negative toxic projections that have been negatively impacting you,

Cutting the threads of entanglement,

Dissolving the spells and ill-intentions and cleaning up your energy completely.

Surrender now all the responsibility into the alchemical flames that you have taken on that is not yours to carry.

Releasing the importance you've placed on the opinions of others,

Their approval and acceptance and see now where you've leaked your light,

Your energy and your radiance into these connections and you are now free.

Situations and conflicts and created more and more disharmony for yourself.

Witness it now and see where your own attachments lie within this and allow them to transmute and alchemise and be compassionately aware of the openings,

The wounds and triggers that have been activated for you around these things and around this kind of energy and these people and commit to returning to address them within yourself when you're able to.

However in this moment,

For now,

Your focus is primarily on cleaning this all up and freeing yourself from the entanglements that have been present today.

Call your energy and power back now from the deeper hurts,

From those that have spoken ill of you,

Misunderstood you,

Controlled you and not seen you for who you know yourself to be or overlooked or abandoned you.

Those that have cast shadows onto you,

Projected ill intentions upon you,

Spellcast you and caused you harm intentionally and also through unconscious behaviour and ignorance and feel your own energy and power return to you in balls of pure radiant golden light.

When you feel the deepest cleansing and purification has taken place within you and your aura,

Step out of the flames knowing any remaining disharmony that still needs to dissolve will continue to alchemise for as long as it's required.

And know that these flames of gold and white and violet still burn deeply within your cells,

Transmuting and meeting every cell and every part of you,

Holding you in your purest energy and vibration,

Your purest embodiment of your divine essence and radiance.

Give thanks in your own words to your guides,

Ancestors and your higher self and the divine source of all love for the ongoing presence and support.

And give thanks to yourself now for taking responsibility for your highest well-being and energetic self-care.

And when you're ready,

Come back into connection now with the breath and rhythm of the divine cosmic earth mother's heart and feel yourself aligned and centred in your body as you breathe deeply into your centre and allow every part of you to return into this moment in time,

Fully and completely grounded and centred in your life and purpose,
