Hello,

My name is Dan.

In today's session we'll be doing gratitude breathing.

So take a moment to settle in and connect with your breath.

Inhale deeply through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.

Let's begin by bringing to mind one thing that you're grateful for,

Something simple yet meaningful.

Breathe into that feeling of gratitude,

Allowing it to expand in your heart.

With each inhale,

Feel yourself filling up with appreciation.

With each exhale,

Let go of any tension or distraction.

Let the gratitude anchor you to the present moment.

Imagine this feeling of gratitude as a warm,

Glowing light within you,

Radiating outward.

It can be felt by the room,

By everything in your environment.

The closest people,

The objects nearby,

Pets,

Plants.

As you breathe,

Let this light fill your entire body,

Infusing every cell of your being.

As you feel this,

You remember that this light is always within you,

Ready to be rekindled whenever you need it.

Take a few more breaths here,

Holding onto this sense of abundance and joy.

And when you're ready,

Gently bring your awareness back,

Carrying this gratitude into your day.
