Good morning.

Welcome to today's morning breathwork gratitude and energy flow.

My name is Dan and I'm here to guide you through a series of breaths that will invigorate your morning and enrich you with gratitude.

Let's begin this beautiful day together with intention and positivity.

To set up,

Find a nice comfortable place to sit where you can feel at ease and undisturbed.

Relax your shoulders.

Ease any tension in your neck.

Place your hands softly on your knees.

Gently close your eyes or if you prefer to softly focus on a point in front of you,

Notice the natural rhythm of your breath as it flows in and out,

Preparing you for our practice.

We'll begin with round one.

Let's dive into our first round of alkaline breathing.

Take a deep intentional breath in through your nose,

Filling your lungs completely and then let the breath escape effortlessly.

Inhale and exhale gently.

Continue this breathing for one minute.

With each breath,

Imagine drawing in vibrant energy that awakens and revitalizes every cell in your body.

Let the tongue press gently on the roof of your mouth.

Feel the pressure of your core pressing out on your ribs as you wake up your ribs and your lungs.

Scan your body from head to toe.

One,

Slowly exhale.

Now let your breathing return to its normal pace.

Feel the stir of energy that you created,

The peace of mind,

The spaciousness.

Continue with the alkaline breathing technique.

Each round is a new opportunity to fill your lungs.

Introduce a new layer of gratitude,

Perhaps to your home or to your loved ones,

Or a simple opportunity to experience a new day.

Any sensations that arise,

Welcome them.

This is your chance to check in with yourself.

As you hold this breath,

Think of something or someone that brings you gratitude.

One,

Slowly exhale.

Continue with the alkaline breathing technique.

Any sensations that arise,

Welcome them.

This is your chance to check in with yourself.

As you hold this breath,

Think of something or someone that brings you profound gratitude.

Rest here for a moment in this calm.

And now allow your breath to flow freely again.

No rules,

Just your natural rhythm.

Notice how each breath has nourished you with energy,

Clarity,

And vitality.

And together we can realize how gratitude enriches our spirit,

Making us more resilient and open to the gifts of life.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Feel the fresh energy of the room,

The colors and sights,

And the gratitude that you now carry.

Thank you for sharing this sacred time with me.

May the peace and gratitude you've nurtured today be a guiding light to all that you do.

Have a wonderful and blessed day ahead.

Great morning breathwork. Not too intense, nor too slow-relaxing.
