Let's share a breath together.

Take a moment,

Take a deep breath all the way in,

And take a deep breath all the way out.

Today I choose joy.

I will laugh with a hearty laugh,

One that bellows out of my mouth and tickles my face.

I will make the choice to be kind to myself and to let my goodness flow like a river of life-giving water.

Today I choose to be healthy.

I will eat delicious whole foods.

I will move my body in an intentional way.

I will walk,

I will dance,

I will move my body like I am surrounded by my favorite band playing all of their best songs just for me.

Today I choose to see the beauty in the world.

I see the trees and the sunshine as I allow the gentle breeze to flow through my hair which reminds me that I am alive.

As I become one with nature,

I slow down and I enjoy every sip of oxygen that catches my breath.

Today I choose to listen to the rhythm of my heart and unhinge myself from the opinions of the world.

I choose to be free,

Free from the mental barriers that seek to hide my light.

I let go of all the fears,

Fears that held me shackled to its limitations and I release them with love.

Today I choose to forgive myself.

I forgive myself from all of the trespasses that I knowingly and unknowingly engaged in.

As I lean into the power of grace,

I know that I have everything I need.

I let my inner compass guide me home to my authentic self.

I choose to believe that my body,

My light,

My spirit,

My energy,

My laughter,

My smile,

My presence,

They are all the best and the just right fit for me.

Today I choose to listen to the wisdom that resides in the quiet places of my thoughts.

I trust in divine timing.

I understand that what appears to be a delay is the almighty enveloping me in divine protection.

Today I choose peace,

Peace in my decisions,

Peace in my thoughts and peace of mind.

As I live in my purpose,

I am thankful for all the blessings seen and unseen.
