Welcome,

Welcome to this inner journey.

An inner journey to return you back to yourself.

And what I mean by that is to reconnect with the essence of who you are.

I'm going to guide you for the next few minutes back to your center.

This is an opportunity to just release the mental chatter,

The to-do's,

All the thoughts that take you away from the essence of who you are,

Your center.

So from this space,

I am going to assume that you've turned off all distractions,

Notifications,

And you've created a space to just be with yourself.

So right now,

I invite you to just breathe in and breathe out.

No special techniques.

Just be aware that you're aware.

Be aware that you are giving yourself permission.

Permission to stop,

To tune in,

Listen,

And create the space for transformation.

I'm going to invite you to take a deep breath.

And this time,

When you breathe in,

I want you to breathe in from the crown of your head.

And when you breathe out,

Breathe out through your whole body.

Breathe in through the crown of your head and breathe out through your whole body.

Now the next invitation is to breathe in and breathe out,

But this time,

You're going to breathe in through the crown of your head and breathe out through your toes.

That's right.

Take a breath.

Breathe out through your toes.

I am going to be silent for a few seconds.

And just allow yourself to be in this space.

Don't worry about thoughts.

Whatever arises,

Just be.

Don't get frustrated about thoughts.

Just be.

Let it all happen.

Let it all be what it needs to be.

Be still and know that I am is God.

Be still and know that I am is the divine.

Be still and know that I am is representing itself as you right now.

And all is well.

And from this place,

Whenever you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Trust,

Know,

Accept that God is being God through and as you right now.

And so it is.
