Okay, Welcome everybody. A little bit of an interesting topic today, Is it not? Energetic orgasm and it's legitimate what I want to speak about today. Many years ago, I worked with a shaman for a little while and the shaman told me that I was an ecstatic and didn't really understand what that was at the time. I think he explained it a little bit, But I didn't know. As I went through my process of my Shakti awakening, I started having what I call now bliss hits or I'll say that I'm bliss lit. It's these shots of bliss that go through my body. I was aware that that was going to happen as the Shakti opened and started to move through my body. You get these shots of Kundalini Shakti that come through the body and out the crown. That's what the bliss hit is all about. The last year or so, I have been guided by my higher self to deepen into my body. This is something that is really dear to me in teaching now. One of the things I realized is that I was really moving out of my body a lot of times in meditation. At the time, That was perfect. At the time, That created a lot of space for my body to heal. It offered me a lot of really deep healing. But then my higher self instructed me, Okay, It's time to come back into the body now. It's time to be here in the present moment, To be in the physical, To embody the physical space. Part of what I want to talk about today is that process that I went through and I'm still going through, As well as what does this really give us when we learn to move through this process of deepening into and fully embodying the physical. Ultimately, If you haven't put two and two together, It equates to energetic orgasms. It equates to an ecstatic state of being. But there's a process through this and I want to help you guys understand what this process is and why it's so important for all of us. I mean, Definitely energetic orgasm is a catchy term, Right? Like, Who wouldn't want that? That's a really great question. Like, Who wouldn't want that? Because I am pretty sure everybody would if they understood what it meant. So how do we get ourselves there? How does humanity step into a place of energetic orgasm? So back to my story. As I became really present in the moment and moved into my physical body, I was really hit with a tremendous amount of love. So much that I actually couldn't relax into it fully. It was so intense. It was so much energy that I had to purposefully breathe and relax to be able to feel it in its full glory. And so it took many sessions for me to be able to really be in that present moment with the love. And what I'm referring to is the love that is here now. The universe is awareness, Love, Light. Unconditional love is present. We have learned to clamp, Learned to protect, Learned to retract ourselves from that love. So as I was practicing this, It was beautiful to me. I would end up crying. I would end up being in these tears of gratitude for the experience and for what I was being shown. And then I went into another process through my higher self, My meditations of opening up more my sacral chakra, Opening up more to vulnerability. This was a conversation I had a lot in November, December, January of this last season. The opening up vulnerability to ourselves. That's truly what vulnerability is. It's opening up ourselves to ourselves. You know, We have all these ideas about what vulnerability is. But when we allow ourselves to just see it as opening up the love that we are, Again, Who doesn't want that? Vulnerability with a deep sense of self-integrity, A deep sense of self-love. You don't have to worry about protection. Self-integrity, Self-love is your protection. We weren't taught that. So we were taught that we had to barrier wall, Protect and close off. So through this process of deepening into my own vulnerability, I opened up deeper energies of my lower chakras, Pulled myself from my higher chakras down to my lower chakras even more, Opened up my shakti even more and started to experience pleasure, Enjoyment, Which might sound pretty like nothing, But for me, It was a really big deal. As I started to experience this pleasure, This enjoyment, I realized that I hadn't really experienced it pretty much my whole life. Early age, I shut down and everything became about getting something done. It was never about the current moment. It was never just simply about this now. It was always like get this done and then get that thing done and then get that thing done. So in this present moment, I started to just feel pleasure for the moment, The enjoyment of what is here right now, Exactly how it is, Whether I'm sitting in meditation, Whether I'm on a walk, Whether I'm sitting doing, You know, Things for my business, Just breathing into my lower body and breathing into my lower chakras and really feeling my body, Just allowing myself, Giving myself permission to enjoy. That part right there was really, Really life-changing and quite powerful for me because as I gave myself intentional permission to enjoy my life, My pleasure started to light up. Now, I actually started to feel pleasure in my body, Not sexually, But pleasure, Like my body lit up with the feeling of pleasure and it started to come into, I intentionally brought it into my life as much as I can. I still do this. This is still my practice today is to bring it into every moment. I'll give you an example. I jog every moment, Every morning I go jogging and I do it because my body really likes that kind of movement and I have a puppy. So she's a great excuse to get my butt out there. And I live in Sedona. We have beautiful trails and it's a wonderful time in the morning to connect to Gaia and to receive that energy from her. There's like so many good reasons, Right? But there's always excuses as to why we don't get our butt out there. So the puppy's been helping me with that. So every morning I'm out there jogging. I don't like jogging or I should say I didn't like jogging. Jogging used to be my most despised thing. The whole time I would be doing it, I'd be like, Oh my god, Is this over yet? Is this over yet? Just three more minutes. Like, Oh my god, These are the three longest minutes ever. To me, It was just never one of those things. I have friends who are like, I love to jog, I love to run, I go into this zone and I was just like, I don't get it. That's just not who I was. But then here I was, I started to, In my jogging, I started to breathe into my lower body. I started to really feel my lower body, Really feel my feet landing on Gaia. I really connected to Mother Earth and I started to allow myself and give myself permission to enjoy it. And guess what happened? I started enjoying it. Not only enjoying it, But having pleasure. There's a difference, Right? Maybe, Maybe not. Maybe enjoyment is pleasure, Maybe pleasure is enjoyment. But I started to actually feel it. My body would go, Oh, And I'd be like, Wow, That feels so good. Even I run uphill and then I turn around and I run back downhill. So the uphill, My legs are burning. And even while my legs were burning, My body was saying like, This feels so good. And I'd be like, Wow. Right? And so I'd keep my focus there. I'd keep breathing and keep putting my awareness on that pleasure. And it would like flood through my body. Now, Moving into the ecstaticness. Ecstaticness? Ecstaticism? I was trying to connect to what words go along with ecstatic. Ecstasy? Ecstaticism? I don't know. I'll make that one up. This is resonating deeply. I need some pleasure in the moment. Yeah. Yes. I constantly feel very disassociated. I think a big key to any workout is really enjoying being whatever you are as you do it. Yes, Definitely. I think that's the key to life is what I'm trying to get across. The key to life. The key to life. Because here it was something that I didn't enjoy. I've loved working out. I've done lots of other things that I've been working out that I've enjoyed. But if we can turn something that we don't enjoy into pleasure, What can't we enjoy? Right? Where does it end that our life is like pleasure, Non-pleasure? Okay. Which is an important thing. And I want to get there right now before I go into the rest of my story. Because one of the things I started channeling in as I was doing all this was how much we say, Yes, My enjoyment will happen. My pleasure will happen after this is complete. Or my pleasure, My enjoyment will happen in this point, In this point of my day, When I go here, When I'm with those people. All of these permission slips that we give ourselves. I'll enjoy my day once work is over. I'll enjoy my day when I'm with my family. I'll enjoy my day maybe even at work. Right? But permission slips, Whatever it is to you. And you can become aware of that right now. Your permission to enjoy. What rules do you have? Because we have them. I can't enjoy until. I can only enjoy if. Enjoyment looks like this. Right? So I started to see all of these rules I had for myself around enjoyment. And boy, Were they rigid. I really didn't give myself much time to enjoy at all. And it made me realize, You know, Just like the typical nine to five job work and then go on work and then go on vacation, Right? Then you enjoy yourself, Then you allow yourself enjoyment. You work through the week. And then the weekend, You allow yourself enjoyment. What if that's all made up in our head? What if it doesn't have to be that way? Simply by beginning to allow ourselves to enjoy everything. Because here I was jogging, Something that I just personally didn't enjoy. I was enjoying feeling pleasure, Relaxation, Like, Oh, This like, Like my body was being nourished. I would never have said that before about jogging, I would say, No, It challenges me, It hurts, It's uncomfortable. You know, One of the other really wonderful things that I experienced that I want to bring into this right now, Is at one point during this journey, This last year, I had a beautiful communion with God that just happened. And it happened when I started this coming into my body. And I was taught so much. And it was extraordinary. And one of the things I was taught was about duality, That it literally is the same coin, Just different sides. I was brought into meditation into hate, There was immense hate. And I've told this story before, So maybe some of you have heard it. But it's really relevant to what I'm speaking about today. I went into meditation, I dropped into my body, I breathed in my body, All of a sudden, I felt so much hate. It wasn't mine. And I knew it wasn't mine. And I knew it was being brought in to show me something. So I breathed, And I relaxed into it. But it was so intense that my face, Well, I don't know what it looked like, My face was like contorting. It was like, I had to relax. It was so intense. It was such an intense feeling. But I sat there and I breathe and I breathe and I relax and I didn't judge. I didn't try to change it. And I just was in full acceptance. And then all of a sudden, In my mind's eye, I saw this little seed right in front of me. And then it like popped. And this light came out and like flooded my space. And I was just like completely flooded with light. And then all of a sudden, It was love. But the love picked up in intensity and it became the same intensity that I experienced the hate. Guess what? I felt the same. Because it is the same. Because there's no difference. Pain and pleasure are the same exact coin. It's another thing that I've experienced many times where actually I was in ayahuasca. I was in an ayahuasca journey and grandmother, The spirit of ayahuasca, Brought in all this pain and she said, Breathe into it, Lean into it, Relax, Trust. And so I did. And again, It was very uncomfortable. And I relaxed as much as I could. And I breathe. I just had to fully concentrate because the minute I wouldn't concentrate, It would hurt really badly. So I had to really concentrate on my breathing, On my body and on relaxing, Being and letting go. And then it went and all of a sudden I was hit with ecstasy, Bliss, The pleasure. Our mind creates our reality. We know that. Our thoughts create our reality. Our beliefs create our reality. And it literally creates how you experience something. So what happens if for one, We stop being afraid to be in our bodies? Just feel that right now. Feel if you were triggered. Feel what was your reaction to that comment? How did what I say felt to you? When you feel into your body, Do you feel really safe there? When you breathe into your lower body and your awareness is on your body, What do you experience? Maybe you feel a lot of discomfort, Right? This is not a space of judgment. This is a space of awareness, Right? Self-observation. What happens when we start to really believe that this is safe, That the physical is safe, That the physical reality is safe, That you are safe, That you are secure, That you are loved intrinsically? Something that I spoke about a lot last year was safe, Secure, Loved. You are. You are these things. But we don't believe that. And so we tighten, We contract, We contract our entire field, We contract our bodies, We contract our chakras. We build walls to protect. And then we seek safety, Security, Love outside of ourselves because we don't believe that we already have it here. But the answers, Of course, Are never out there. The answers are actually here in your body. The answers are here in the embodiment of your higher consciousness being coming into this physical vessel and actualizing itself into your physical reality. You only really embody, You only really experience that when you start to be fully present in your physical body in a relaxed state, When you allow yourself to feel what your body is feeling. And then you start to have the option, Is that what you want to feel? Is that what you want to experience? See, I just got bliss-lit. So on my jog, Deciding I don't want to feel pain anymore when I jog. I don't want to feel discomfort anymore when I jog. I want to love it. I want to feel it in myself. Like there's nothing I would rather be doing than being in that space. And through that practice, Being really in my physical body, Breathing, Calling Mother into my body, Calling Mother Gaia into my body, Opening to her, Which is ourself, Right? She's just a facet of you. She's just a reflection of you opening, Breathing into her, Feeling her, Allowing yourself to experience pleasure, Like right now. Ah. So then what happens after that? Little did I know that on that journey, I would find that ecstatic me. And for those who've joined, Because we've had many who have joined, Long story short, I was told many years ago when I started my journey by a shaman that I was an ecstatic. And I didn't really know what that was. But these last couple of months, This is all very new to me, Guys. I've been experiencing energetic orgasms in my chakras, Which I've experienced before, But doing something like jogging, Which I've never enjoyed before. So not doing, I've experienced it in meditation. You know, I've experienced it in deep levels of gratitude and situations where I was just really blown open. And yes, I have experienced so much ecstasy. I personally have experienced so much bliss, Like radiating, Like profound amounts of bliss and ecstasy. But what's new is feeling it in an activity that I never would have thought I was capable of feeling ecstasy with it. And for now, My practice really has been, How do I feel this every single moment of the day, No matter what we're doing? This is the life that we are here to live, What I am explaining to you, And you too are capable of it. What I am explaining to you is where humanity is going, Is what we are being offered. You know, One of the things about spiritual teachings that I've learned is we're not the body, We're not the emotions, We're not the physical reality, We're none of this, Right? And that is true. And it's a very powerful teaching. And I think it's really important to understand, First and foremost, That we're not the body. Who you are is beyond anything that you can see, Hear, Anything that you can feel, Or even experience. You are beyond that. You are so much more. However, With that understanding, With that understanding being the foundation, The beauty of what humanity is moving into is a embodiment, Actual embodiment into the physical. So while we are not the physical, We get to really be in the physical. We get to really enjoy the physical. We get to learn how to master this reality, Create it into something that is so delicious, Glorious heaven on earth. Truly, We do that through this, Because this is the vessel that brings our higher consciousness energies into the physical reality. It is what allows us to actualize easily, Easily into the physical reality, Your body. So while you're not the body, You're not the body. So you can release all the attachments around it. You can let go of everything that you see, Everything that you feel, Everything that you experience, Understanding that you're fundamentally not that. Now you can really be in it and enjoy it to its fullest, But to allow yourself to really and truly feel it, To feel the physical, To feel the movement of the physical. The physical moves, The physical changes. That which you are is changelessness. There's a part of you that never moves, Never changes, That always is, But that's not the physical. The physical has movement, It has texture, It has sensation, It has senses, Smells, And sights, And sounds. We are here to be in that, Not to deny ourselves all of it and pull ourselves out and sit in the void. We're here to bring that energy into the physical, To brighten it all up. What happens is everything becomes more beautiful, More ecstatic. Everything begins to taste better, Smell better, Look better, Colors get more vibrant, Brighter. Everything begins to feel better. We get rid of all the permission slips of when we're allowed to experience enjoyment, When we're allowed to experience pleasure, Orgasm. When are you allowed to experience orgasm? Why not all the fucking time? Why not? Why not energy? Why not even body? Who knows? Why not? Doesn't mean you want to necessarily, But why not? What you're describing reminds me of the Pixar movie Soul. Oh, I did watch that. I'm trying to remember. How does it remind you of that? I'm interested. Letting go of all the permission slips so that you can begin to feel this ecstasy, This ecstaticism, If that's even a word. What that feels like is all the chakras lit and vibrating and they're like, They just keep going like this with light and with, Ah, Like that. Ah, Honestly, Guys, I didn't know that by talking about it today, I would be experiencing it as well. I had every intention of sitting down and bringing in this energy before I jumped on this live video, But my lighting was all funny. I spent the entire time trying to start out my lighting and I was like, All right, Well, It's going to be exactly what it's going to be. And I trust it. And here it is. It's still, I'm still feeling it. I'm still experiencing it. Even though I didn't do what my little rule books that I needed to do in order to experience it. Do you see my point? When 22 goes into the main character's body is what gives her the spark she needs to finally want to incarnate on earth herself. Right? Yes. Oh, Sweetheart. I feel that. I love that you brought that in. And let me just say, You know, One of the things that I think a lot of us have experienced is why are we here? I don't want to be here. I don't want to experience this. Right. But we're here and we chose to be here. And so as we let all of that go, And we really give ourself permission to basically to incarnate, I mean, You're here already, But to like be in life, You give yourself permission to do that. That's when it starts to really open up for you. You know, I'm also reminded for many years, I kept being told there was a message to me by my higher self, By other people, Like the minute you really allow yourself enjoyment, Your life will change. And so I kept thinking, Okay, So what do I have to do? Do I need to go travel more? Do I need to like, You know, Go places more? Do I need to like, Hang out with people more? And none of it was resonating. And I was like, I don't, I don't get it. I don't get what I'm supposed to do. For some reason, I just got all emotional there because I was seeing it as something I needed to accomplish. I just said at the beginning of this video, For me, Life used to always be about getting something accomplished instead of just literally enjoying life. So the reflection kept coming in the minute you start to enjoy life more. And I thought I had to be all about these experiences and this doing and I had to accomplish these, These doings in order to enjoy more. When the whole time all I had to do was give myself permission to enjoy what I'm already doing. You don't have to travel the world. You don't have to, You know, Go to all these events. You don't have to do all this stuff. If you want to do all of it, Fantastic. But do you need that? Do you need that to create enjoyment for your life? One of the things I did in this year, Last year around this time, Was I just sat, Not in meditation, My eyes open, Sitting in presence. I was told to just sit and do nothing. So I did. I sat, I did nothing. I sat, I did nothing. I breathed into my body and it was actually very, Very beautiful. But it could have been seen as boring. You know, It wasn't, I wasn't getting into these meditative states. It was like, I'm going to sit here and do nothing. So again, This beautiful teaching that enjoyment and pleasure, It's not about the external. It has nothing to do with the external. We can make it about the external and that's all we've ever done. Right? The minute I get the job that I want, The minute that I get the person that I want, The minute that I have, You know, More friends, Or the minute I go on that trip, That's, That's, Those are all the times that then I will allow myself to enjoy my life. And so what if the opportunity is within us to give ourselves that permission every single moment, Even when you're doing things that you used to not like, You used to not find enjoyment. Experiencing all of the beauty in the world was ecstatic for her. And she just focused on his goal of getting to his gig, Which does not bring him the sense of joy. He thought it would. Yes, He would. Exactly. Oh, I'm so, I'm so happy. So if you guys haven't watched that movie, Maybe that would be, Maybe now would be a good time to go watch Soul. And as April spring says, Yeah, He was so focused on this gig and going to do this gig because that was the thing that was going to bring him his joy, Bring him his enjoyment. And we talk a lot about the joy and the happiness, But what about just the enjoyment? Right? Because what we have is the process. That's what we have. We never reach the finish line. There is no finish line. So if you're running, You don't like running and you're just trying to get to the finish line, It's going to hurt. But if you realize that you're just going to be running, So you might as well settle in. So these energetic orgasms are really, Truly available to all of you. So let me just kind of recap, Because I've gone into a lot of story and I've gone in a lot of information. Okay. How do you start to move into this process on your own? First and foremost is about being able to be in the physical, Be present. Most people are up in their mind, Right? So if you are anxiety ridden, Or then you're in the future, You're in your mental body, You're worried about the future and, Or you can be in the past, Right? That's all mind. We need to be in the body. So it's about learning how to release tension. And breath is one of the most powerful ways you can do that, Guys. Breathing into your belly, Learning to breathe into your belly and learning just to breathe and let your breath relax your body. Let your breath bring you, Pull you into the present moment. Now, If you have a lot of trauma, Like sexual trauma or just trauma, You know, I don't, I don't know if there's a exact box that needs to fit in. If you have a lot of trauma, It's going to take you a little bit more to help yourself feel safe, But you can, You can do it. Trust me. I was very shut down in so many different ways. So you can do it. You just have to be able to work with yourself and seek guidance perhaps to help you to feel safe in your body, Feel safe in feeling and being present and being open, Okay? Vulnerable. So the ability to feel safe in, In the body is number one. So if you're not there, That's what would be a really great place to focus on. Then it's about being able to be present in the moment and, And open up, Be vulnerable. I have many videos guys on vulnerability. You can check on my YouTube channel. Vulnerability really has nothing to do with other people. We think it does. It doesn't. Okay. Vulnerability is really about opening to yourself. So it's about opening up to the potentiality, To the love, To everything that exists in this very moment. So that's the next step is to be able to open up and really feel everything. That's what vulnerability truly is. It's the power to feel, Be available to what is here now. And then when you start to open up your vulnerability, That'd be number two. Number three would be starting to play with allowing yourself enjoyment, Allowing yourself pleasure. And you can start with things that are already pleasurable, Right? Cause that'll be easier. And then move into things that you don't find pleasurable. One of the really great ways to play with pleasure and enjoyment is by starting with gratitude. If you start by just like, Ah, I am so grateful for this moment. I'm so grateful for me sitting here with you guys having this conversation. I'm so grateful that I get to connect with you guys and be speaking with you. I'm so grateful that I have this room, This space to do this with you. I'm so grateful for where I live. Gratitude opens, It opens and it lights us up and it makes us more available to pleasure, To receiving. And we're grateful we're more available to receiving. Then it's really about practice. It's about being able to focus, Staying out of the mental body, Focusing on the physical, Focusing and breathing, Letting go, Focusing and breathing, Letting go, Inviting, Feeling, Believing. So those are some of the steps to inviting these ecstatic states in for yourself. And these kinds of journeys are so delightful because as you really begin on them, If you're willful, If you have will, If you stick to it, You will get there. You will experience bliss, Ecstatic bliss, Ecstasy, Energetic orgasm. And then it just opens the door to experiencing it more and more. And again, Not because you have to, I don't have to experience it. It's not like a junkie, You know, That if I don't get it, I start to like, Because it's, I know that I'm not it, Right? That's the foundational teaching and understanding that I get to feel it. I get to experience it. But fundamentally, I know that I'm not those sensations. But the converse of that is giving myself permission to experiencing them because I'm not them. And therefore there's freedom. I can experience them. I don't have attached to them. I don't experience them. It's okay. Everything's perfect. Who I am is who I am. Everything's perfect. Who I am is not defined by my experiences. I'm not such liberation, Such freedom. I'm not defined by experiences, Not defined by what you feel, Not even defined by what you create. It's all just a playground, Play with. It's like, If you had children, You sat there and you, You know, Set up all these toys with them and they started playing and you said, Well, Now you are that, And I'm defining you by that now for the rest of your life, Because you played with that toy or you created this, You know, This, This play with these toys. You'd be like, What are you talking about? No, Like next minute, I'll just play with something else. We get to play with it. We get to create it. It's a playground. Reality is a playground.
