Welcome to a new way of balancing your chakra.
In this guided meditation,
I invite you to sit with your spine straight or to lay down in a comfortable position.
In both,
Try to let go of every tension,
Every constriction and breathe deeply.
As the tension is released and replaced by a sense of calm and as the constrictions are diluted and replaced with openness and willingness to allow the energy to float,
You will find yourself opening up to a new sense of calm and peacefulness and perhaps by the end of this meditation you will feel more focused and have more clarity.
Make yourself as comfortable as possible.
Take a moment to wriggle your fingers and your toes and then let them soften and become still.
Tuck your chin slightly towards your chest and open the jaw,
Bringing the teeth a few millimetres apart to release any tension in the mouth area.
Let your tongue move to gravity and soften your cheeks as your eyes roll towards wherever they want to roll.
Use visual focus so that you can turn your attention inwards.
Beginning at the root chakra,
Deep down at the very base of your spine,
At the very base of your torso,
I want you to imagine a red light.
A red light switches on and it may be for you very bright or very dim and you're going to recalibrate this energy so that it is a medium light,
Not too bright,
Not too dark,
But just right.
Warm pulsing red light at the base of the torso,
Recalibrated and reset.
This light stays on as we move towards the sacral chakra.
Imagine an orange light halfway between your belly button and the base of your torso,
Sitting right in the middle of your pelvis and this orange light,
Same again,
Not too bright,
Not too dim,
But perfectly in balance,
Recalibrated,
Reset.
This light stays on as we move up towards your solar plexus and imagine a bright yellow light emanating from the space between your belly button and your sternum,
The very middle of your torso and this bright yellow light,
Again,
It's not too strong,
Not too dim,
Recalibrate the light so that it's just right,
Perfectly in balance with the other light.
This light stays on as we move up into the ribcage,
Close to the heart,
In the centre of the ribcage a bright green light and this light you recalibrate to be just right,
Not too much,
Not too little,
Perfectly in balance with the other light,
Recalibrated,
Reset.
Moving up into the throat area,
A bright sky blue light switches on and again you recalibrate this light so that it is perfectly in balance with the other light,
Not too bright,
Not too dim,
Just the right amount.
Moving up into the head,
Into the centre of the brain and then a little forward between the brows,
An indigo light,
Same brightness as the other light,
Not too much,
Not too little,
The just right amount,
Perfectly recalibrated,
Reset.
As the chakras inside your body are balanced you may begin to feel a tingling sensation in your fingers and toes as any energy that needs to be recalibrated,
Reset is redistributed across the body and enjoy that sensation.
You may feel lighter,
You may feel heavier,
You may feel more ethereal,
You may feel more grounded as you reset and recalibrate these lights,
These energetic centres of your body.
Take a deeper inhale through the nose,
Feeling the cool air entering the nostrils and as you exhale feel all those lights setting at their colour and at their brightness.
As you have recalibrated and redistributed the energy across your body you now need to set them as they are so that as you rest in the next few moments you can take this feeling,
This rebalancing,
This new start into your next chapter.

Recharged,
Rebalanced,
