Welcome to Affirmations by Aang.
The purpose of today's meditation is to find the stillness within you.
We'll begin with three slow,
Intentional breaths.
Inhale deeply through your nose.
Exhale slowly from your nose or your mouth.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale slowly.
Once more,
Inhale deeply.
Exhale slowly.
The affirmation of focus today is I AM.
Between the words that I speak,
You'll notice that there's space.
And what I'd like for you to do is just be aware of that space.

Take stock of how you feel.
Have you found spaciousness in your mind?
As you go throughout your day,
Try to find the moments that you can to just be aware of the space between the words.
The space between the thoughts,
The stillness between sounds.
And just notice how your mind feels when it's not so active.
