In this practice we use the power of visualisation, heart coherence and aligned actions to manifest our reality. This is part of a 30 day visualisation challenge that you can continue on my page. In this specific meditation we come to a relaxed state, connect with an intention and listen to the universe if there's any guidance we need for the day.

This is going to be a short meditation where we relax our bodies,

We set an intention and then we sit in silence to receive the aligned actions for today.

So if you just want to take some space for yourself this morning,

See what the universe has to tell you,

Feel free to do this practice with me today.

So,

Feel free to be seated or laying down,

I recommend being seated actually.

Let's just start by taking a deep breath in through your nose,

If you've been feeling any stimulation from your phone,

From people around you already this morning,

Just feel free to let that go for a moment.

Breathing in peace,

Breathing out stress,

Breathing in presence,

Breathing out doubt,

Breathing in peace,

Breathing in calm,

Breathing out thoughts,

Maybe you can feel your body becoming just a little bit more relaxed,

Feeling your senses becoming more still and feeling this day wrapping its arms around you.

I'm going to introduce an intention for this day and either you can think about your own intention or you can take mine.

The intention that I've chosen is that everything is perfectly unfolding right now in this moment.

So choose your intention and I'm going to count down from 10 and for every number you're going to repeat your intention.

So when I say 10,

You say the intention,

I say 9,

You say the intention.

So starting now,

10,

8,

7,

4,

Repeating your intention,

3,

2,

1,

And now I'm going to count and letting this intention fill your body.

Just in a moment I'm going to leave you in stillness and I just want you to ask the universe if there's anything you need to know today,

If there's any support that wants to come through or any guidance,

Just allow it to come in and we're going to sit here for five minutes and just coming back to your body,

Coming back to your senses,

If there's any guidance or no guidance at all,

You send a thought of gratitude to the universe,

To yourself and to the day that you're walking into.

Have a great day and if the day doesn't turn out the way you think it would,

Just come back to your intention,

Relax into the moment.
