This technique is my favorite technique for altering or regulating my emotions.
By using this technique you're gonna be able to shift your emotional state at any time,
Live more in your heart,
Feel confidence,
Peace,
Happiness or success at any time and not letting the environment control you so much but creating the state that you want from within.
This has been inspired by Joe Dispenza's work Neville Goddard and also HeartMath Institute that have been researching about coherence between the heart and the brain for over 30 years.
So this is the practice.
Start by slowing down your breath and taking deep breath through your nose and your out-breaths needs to be longer than your in-breath.
So almost like blowing it out of a straw.
Like this.
Just relaxing your body.
Continuing this until you feel the relaxation starting to spread throughout your body.
It doesn't matter if you're seated or laying down.
Just follow these instructions to first slow down your world,
Your nervous system,
Signaling that you're safe before we start to go within.
So two more breaths here and now while continuing this breath,
Just like that,
Start by focusing on your heart.
Feel your heartbeat while you're taking the breaths.
So what we're doing now is we're going from a relaxed state and starting to focusing within.
Visualize your heart beating.
Feel it in your veins.
And once you feel connected to your heart,
Start by imagining a moment where you felt a certain emotion.
And I choose the emotion of peace.
So visualize the moment with the emotion that you want to feel.
It could be a memory of the past or a vision of the future.
And still focusing on your heart.
While focusing on your heart and breathing,
Breathe in to that moment.
That moment you felt the emotion.
For every breath in it grows stronger.
For every breath out grows even stronger.
Just feel the emotion spreading throughout your body.
And now see if you can just let the memory go but still focusing on the emotion and holding it in your heart with your mind.
Focusing on your heart and feeling the emotion while breathing.
And almost letting the heart pump the emotion out throughout the body.
And you can continue this practice for as long as you want.
And the more you come back to this exercise and practice this,
The more aware you can be of this in your everyday life.
And once you are fully practiced with this,
You're going to be able to use this technique subconsciously throughout your day.
You're going to be able to create emotions at any time of the day.
If you feel stressed you can create peace.
If you feel scared you can create confidence.
If you feel lack you can create the feeling of abundance.
