This visualization is for you who are a purpose driven legend and want to smash todays tasks. This visualization intention is to feel the emotions of having an amazing day already before it has happened so that it gets easier to walk through the day motivated, inspired and confident.

If you're a purpose-driven person and you want to have a powerful day,

You want to take steps towards your goal,

And you want to feel good and peaceful and confident while doing it,

This is a visualization,

A guided visualization for you.

All you need to do now is follow my instructions,

And number two,

Just relaxing as much as possible.

So let's just start by taking a deep breath in through your nose,

And out.

Another deep breath in through your nose,

Just letting go of any thoughts,

Any emotion,

Any limiting beliefs,

Just for a second.

You can pick them back up later throughout the day if you decide to.

Just closing down your eyes,

Starting to feel a little bit of relaxation.

And knowing that you're exactly where you need to be right now.

Let's just take one more big breath in through your nose.

Now,

When I say sleep,

You're not going to fall asleep,

But you're going to go into a deep,

Relaxed and comfortable state.

Three,

Two,

One,

And sleep all the way down,

All the way deep.

Just allowing yourself to get a little bit more deep into a relaxed state.

And we do this to lower our brainwaves so we can access creativity and our imagination.

So just allowing yourself to be even more relaxed,

Just making yourself even more comfortable,

Just a little bit more,

Even 10% more comfortable.

And now,

I want you to imagine that your eyelids are starting to get heavy and stuck.

And the more you try to open your eyes,

The more stuck and heavy they get.

And the more relaxed and comfortable you feel.

In a moment,

I'm going to say eyes open.

When I do,

You're going to be able to open your eyes.

When I say sleep,

You can close your eyes and go even deeper into a relaxed state.

One,

Two,

Three,

Eyes open,

And sleep.

Eyes open,

And sleep.

Eyes open,

Three,

Two,

One,

And sleep all the way down,

All the way deep.

Allowing yourself to go even deeper,

Even more relaxed as we go into this new day.

Now,

I want you to imagine the most peaceful place you can think of.

If it's in a forest,

On a beach,

Up in the mountains,

Just imagine yourself being there and finding a spot around you where you can sit down comfortably.

Just feel yourself being hugged by your favorite place.

The most peaceful scenario you can imagine.

And while you're sitting there or lying down,

I want you to count down from 10 to zero.

Starting at 10,

Going down to nine,

Feeling your body becoming more,

More relaxed,

Down to eight,

Seven.

You can feel the rain starting pouring over your body.

Six,

Almost dissolving your body into full peace.

As the drops touch your body,

Your body starts disappearing,

Down to five,

Four.

You might be feeling more,

More relaxed,

Down to three,

Two,

Zero.

You're fully,

Completely relaxed.

Now,

I want you to imagine that you're at the start of your day.

You're next to your bed after you've jumped out of bed because you're so excited and you're so clear on what you're going to do today.

You have confident and powerful energy walking into this day.

And you know that you're going to walk through this day with confidence and peace.

I want you to imagine the biggest and the most important task that you want to do today.

The one that really moves the needle.

And as you're visualizing this,

I want you to see yourself feeling really confident while doing it,

Feeling happy and excited while doing it,

Feeling how easy it is for you to do what you want to do today.

You want to do the things that move the needle today.

And then imagining yourself continuing,

Doing all the tasks,

Working towards your purpose,

Your goal,

Your mission for today,

And feeling the ease and the flow that you're flowing through the day.

And how much excitement for the challenges,

The problems,

And the solutions that you have.

For all the people that you're going to talk to or not talk to,

And just feeling and taking a breath in,

A peace as you're walking through this day.

I want you to visualize yourself in front of the mirror tonight.

Seeing yourself smiling,

Being proud of yourself for doing what needed to be done,

Everything that you wanted to do.

And I want you to look yourself in the eye.

And ask yourself if there's any information that you need to know from your future self.

Just allow yourself to get the answer from your future self.

Just receiving the message.

Just trusting that whatever came out was the right.

Message for you today.

And now,

I want you to pay attention to your heart.

And at the same time,

Let's just take some deep breaths.

Take a deep breath in,

And almost like blowing it out of a straw.

Blowing the air out slow,

And as slow as you can.

And just keeping your focus on your heart.

Still standing in front of the mirror.

And you can start feeling the confidence coming up.

You can feel how proud you are of yourself and your actions for today.

You can feel how peaceful you feel.

You can feel how limitless,

Expansive,

And abundant you feel today.

After doing exactly what you said you would do.

And with this feeling,

Just feeling it vibrating in your chest.

And keeping this emotion,

Feeling,

And walking into your day with absolute clarity,

Confidence,

And power,

And knowing that everything is exactly the way it should be.

And all you have to do today is do your absolute best.

And if you make any mistakes today,

Forgive yourself tonight.

And jump back.

And do it all again tomorrow.

And in a moment,

I'm going to say eyes open.

When I do,

You're going to be able to open your eyes and walk into this day with absolute confidence,

Power,

And conviction.

And just letting that emotion guide you throughout the day.

Letting everything be easy,

Easier than you thought.

Letting everything come to you in the most simple way.

And you allowing yourself to do exactly what you need to do today.

Wide awake,

Wide awake.
