Angie Goen is a Certified Change Coach and Shamanic Reiki Practitioner whose work is rooted in presence, inner exploration, and a lived relationship with the natural and unseen worlds. At the heart of her work is the shamanic understanding of the Hollow Reed; a way of being a clear, humble conduit for what moves through. Her work is grounded in the understanding that transformation is not something imposed, but something that unfolds when there is space to slow down, listen inwardly, and meet life as it is. This work meets you in moments of transition, uncertainty, and inner reorientation. It offers space where experience can be felt more directly, without pressure to change or fix anything. Through Shamanic Reiki, coaching, intuitive practices, and an exploration of the nature of human experience, there is an invitation into a more honest relationship with what is here. In this work, what is often discovered is a softening of inner tension and a clearer relationship with your own knowing. Life is experienced less as something separate and more as something immediate and alive. Your whole self is always welcome here.

Hi Angie, This is a profoundly interesting practice/talk. I truly enjoyed it. Thank you 😊 there’s a sense of freedom that comes from allowing space for my feelings to be there without trying to fix them or understand them or change them. These are all great reminders in this practice.🩷

Great, thank you so much! "We are feeling creatures who think" is very helpful. Combined with your potato with sprouts track 🌞, you've helped me to see my thoughts as impermanent/energy. I'll try to simply notice my feelings and let some of the story drift away. Yesterday, I kind of made a game of something similar, I think I'll try that today with noticing my feelings. The game aspect lightens things up, and I know that the universe is here supporting me. 🐦

I feel like this is going to be my go to on those days when I’m feeling a little average. I’ve listened to it twice, and find it calms me. I’m still not sure if I fully grasp what it’s saying but I’m okay with that

I like the presentation and the simplicity. But I’m not sure I completely grasped the message. Better listen again. 🙏🙂

Thanks, Angie! I like the bit about the stones and roots that may be present and the fact that they don’t need to be named. Looking forward to your next live! 🙏🏼✨💖
