Soul Retrieval: Regain Your Essence For Answers

So we'll just start out relaxing the body first because when the body is relaxed then you know that the mind can be free to journey.

So starting to draw all of your focus inwards and bringing the focus all the way down into the root chakra,

The stomach area,

Allowing the inhale to expand the stomach,

To expand the sides of the ribs,

And just let the mind take the elevator all the way down into this area of you.

Everything else can wait.

Start to feel that welcome heaviness of the hips resting.

Keep expanding the breath into this area,

Into your power center,

Into your connection to exactly where you are now.

On this journey you're going to capture more of your essence back into your body.

And this body may have felt limiting to your spirit and to your soul and that could have been why it just wanted to be out in the ether to explore.

But now it's time,

As you were guided to do this,

To have this essence be within you.

So starting now to move the breath up into the heart area.

I'm telling the heart that although you accept the heart as it is now,

You wish to bring more healing,

More energy,

And more of you back in to this area.

And see if you could allow all of the extremities of your body to start to surrender even more.

The shoulders,

The arms,

Just sense the welcome heaviness and allow them all to be on board to welcome in this energy that you're reclaiming.

And before we begin on this journey,

I'd like you to imagine that you could cleanse yourself with that familiar golden light,

Giving yourself an energetic shower.

Starting with the top of your head,

Imagining that beautiful golden light above you.

Showering through your scalp,

All of the hair follicles,

All of the skin that surrounds your head.

Imagining that the light could go all the way within,

Into your logical mind,

Your brain.

Washing away any doubts,

Washing away any hard thoughts that are not serving you anymore.

Decalcifying the pineal gland,

Imagining that light washing over the energy of your third eye,

So your forehead feels more relaxed,

The backs of your eyes feel more relaxed,

The sides of your face can soften.

As you adjust to this new space that you're creating,

Imagine that light moving towards the back of your head,

Washing away any tension.

Imagine that light now towards your cheeks,

Your jaw.

You may even feel your chin start to slightly drop,

As all of the muscles in your face have allowed themselves to be even more receptive,

Even more relaxed.

The more relaxed you are,

The more profound the healing,

And the more profound the healing,

The more in alignment you are.

The best and highest energies available for you.

Just imagine now this light moving down the neck,

Feel all of the muscles in the neck relaxed,

Becoming cleansed,

As if this is your own energetic shower,

Washing away all of the tension that's no longer yours to hold on to.

That tension may have kept you safe,

But now with your wisdom and your sense of self,

It's no longer necessary to hold on to.

Just imagine it floating off,

Cascading off of the borders of your body.

Feel that slight sensation of the air and that golden light now moving through your shoulders,

Your arms,

As if it could penetrate all the way into the muscles,

Clearing every fiber,

Cleansing away any stagnant energy.

Just keep bringing your mind back to this process,

Telling your mind that you want this to work,

As it comes on board,

To enhance this process as the light now moves into your center,

The front of your chest,

Clearing away any old shields that were protecting you,

Because now your perception and awareness is your shield.

All of the walls that surrounded your chest and your heart chakras are cleared away,

So you imagine this beautiful,

Magnificent,

Golden light surrounding the front and back of your heart.

Imagine that light moving the sides of your chest,

The sides of your ribs,

All the way down towards your hips.

Imagining that light moving through all the organs,

Even in your body,

And all of the organs just becoming purified with this golden light bathing,

Clearing away stagnation.

And this light now moves into the hips,

Allowing that welcome heaviness of the hips to connect you to your pure essence again,

Releasing anything,

Any pain that was there to protect you.

It's no longer yours to hold on to.

Notice how your hips can soften all the way into the bones.

All of the ligaments,

The joints,

Feel more at ease,

Relaxed,

And supported.

And imagining that light now moving through the thighs,

All of the big muscles in your legs,

Clearing away any fear that was there,

Anything that would have prevented you from walking along your divine path.

It's stripped away now,

And imagine that lightness moving all the way through the backs of your legs,

The backs of your knees,

Harmonizing all of the cells,

Cleansing,

Purifying,

Being all the way down now to your feet,

To the bottom of your feet.

And right now that light can move all the way down your feet as if you're growing golden roots into where you are now,

Being exactly where you need to be,

Exactly aligned with your divine timing.

And now that this light has cleansed your physical body,

Allow it to form a type of cocoon around your energy and aura bodies.

And tune in to how far the aura extends away from you now,

How many feet it surrounds you by.

And just imagine it expanding,

Imagine it getting cleansed with this golden light.

All of those experiences that are stored were all meant for you,

But now it's time to clear away any remnants of anyone else's attachments to you that are no longer serving you.

And this light becomes more powerful like a hose from a firetruck,

Doing a deep cleanse on your energies,

Making sure you get the energies at your back to anything that you are not aware of,

Making it all clear,

Cleansed,

And illuminated to connect you to your source,

And protecting you from any entities that do not have your highest sense of self and stability.

And your guardians are able to watch over you as you imagine yourself growing bigger now,

With your auric field expanded,

Imagine you're growing bigger than your building,

Imagine you growing bigger than the city that you're in,

Imagining that you're growing bigger than the country,

And then imagine that you're growing so big that you're in the expansive night sky filled with galaxies,

And you would be able to hold the earth in your palm.

You've still retained the elements that connect you to this planet,

Imagining now the fire moving through your body,

Empowering you,

Harmonizing you,

With your expanded sense of self.

Feel that engine getting restored within you,

Burning away anything that is not truth,

And tuning in now to the air element that is still within you,

This expansive state,

How it blows in those needed changes,

How it organizes.

Now feel the water element within you,

How your body contains the rivers in your veins,

The ocean in your stomach,

And the lakes in your eyes,

This expanded intuition.

It's all yours to claim.

And then the earth element,

Feeling that beautiful container of your body that is able to house all of these elements,

Your uniform that you wear,

That gives a journey to your spirit.

You no longer see it as a confinement,

But as your beautiful suit that you wear to experience this life for you and the ones who came before you.

And now we expand to the ether element,

The one that is containing the fabric of your soul.

And here is where you will expand and reclaim the elements of your soul that are contained in the stars surrounding you in this galaxy.

Using the power of your breath,

Breathe in these fragments of yourself that have been given away or left unclaimed.

Hold them in with your breath,

And imagine these illuminated pieces of you finding their way back within you,

Back into your chest,

Where that beautiful crystal of your soul is represented.

Very good.

Imagine all the crevices getting filled,

All the spaces now getting illuminated.

It's your soul to reclaim.

Keep calling it in.

Feel it getting more full,

More bright,

And make sure it's all smoothed in there.

And using the elements once again to restore it,

Using the heat of the fire to make sure all of those pieces of your soul now are melded back into your body,

Back into your awareness,

Back into your consciousness where you're able to call upon them.

Using the element of the wind and the breath and the air to blow them back to surround you.

Using the element of the water to cleanse away any of the dust or particles that didn't allow it to shine as brightly.

Purifying.

And then using the earth element power within you to solidify it all into yourself.

Seeing that heaviness as a power now,

Seeing the body as a power rather than a limitation.

And then again,

The ether element spreading that illumination of the soul to all of the extensions of your body,

Up into your mind's eye,

Out into your hands,

The extensions of it,

Down into your stomach,

The willpower activating on another level,

Down into the legs,

Your soldiers that will move you in the direction.

Feel all those elements harmonizing,

Breathing deeply into the stomach,

Into the chest,

Sending out any other intentions or prayers into this energies,

Knowing that it's all yours.

And then slowly bringing it all the way back down to this part of the earth where you are now,

Knowing that you will be able to replant when you are guided to.

But for now,

Ground all of this energy into where you are now.

And if any energy feels stronger than the other,

Harmonize it with the other element.

Feeling the capacity to breathe now,

As if you could breathe with your entire body.

And sending all of that beautiful,

Powerful energy down into the earth below you.

And the earth will thank you as you nourish it,

It nourishes you.

After all,

The earth wants you to be in your fullest expression as you are now.

So feel that connection and pull up that sense of connection through your roots.

And as you continue connecting through your roots,

Starting to move your toes,

Your feet,

Reminding yourself of where you are now,

What your name is.

Maybe starting to rub your hands,

Coming slowly back as I count from 1 to 5,

You will integrate all of this expansion,

This retrieval.
