Sensing a warm glow of fiery energy around your field.

Seeing the flames grow.

Breathing in.
This time feeling into the core of your being.
Sensing into the space inside you where your inner fire resides.
Noticing what intensity it burns at,
If it burns at all.
On the out breath,
Send your breath into the fire around you,
Seeing it spread and encompass your entire body.
Now take one last deep breath in,
Inviting the fire deep into your core.
Feeling its heat as it becomes one with your own.
And breathing out,
Sending this merged current of energetic power out into the world around you.
Setting the intention now to be present as you declare.
I am protected.
I am free.
I am ready for change.
I am setting a clear boundary that only the energies that hold my best intentions can access my energetic field at any given time.
I am protected from any interfering forces that seek to misuse,
Distort or siphon my life force.
I declare my power as a sovereign being of conscious creation.
To dive.
Into the depths of my soul.
And rekindle the flames of passion within me.
I set the intention that these clearings echo across all past,
Present and future versions of myself as I cut the cords and disentangle my energy from any entity,
Situation,
Location,
Individual.
Organisation.
Vent.
Power structure.
Unequal dynamics.
Illusion.
Delusion.
False hope or fear that has in any way prevented me from embodying the full creative expression of my inner light.
I'm stepping forward with the inspiration and power to bring my visions to life.
I am acknowledging all the times when my beliefs,
Perceptions,
Thoughts and behaviours have been influenced by the external world.
And have caused me to lose connection to my own inner spark and knowing.
Forgiving myself at any time.
Where this conditioning overruled my passion for life.
And dampened the fire within me.
Witnessing now without judgement.
All of the times were.
I suppress my own wants and needs for the sake of fitting in.
I let the opinions of others distract or deter me from something I was passionate about.
I overgave to a person or situation that did not reciprocate,
Appreciate or deserve my energy.
I pushed myself to burn out in order to keep up with other people's expectations.
I invested energy into fulfilling the dreams of somebody else whilst neglecting my own.
Releasing any time I diminished myself.
Abandoned my truth.
Or betrayed my own needs to feel safe and accepted.
Bringing forward any conditioning that is not aligned with my 100% authentic self.
Now,
As I declare the full disillusion of any behavioral imprints,
Patterns,
And cycles relating to society's expectations of how I should spend my time and what I can create in the world.
I declare the full release now from my system of any need to over perform or impress and any pressure that comes with it.
Any blockages that prevent my natural life force energy from flowing freely.
Any connection I have formed to the false identity of myself that I am operating in whilst experiencing burnout or chronic shutdown.
Any beliefs I hold around rest having to be earned.
Any over-responsibilities that do not belong to me,
That have come in the way of my own dreams,
Goals and ambitions.
Any emotional numbness or apathy that has resulted from lack of connection to the fire within me.
With the shedding of all that does not serve,
I am creating the space for reconnection to all of the things that light me up,
Inspire me,
And push me to live in my highest integrity.
I declare the full reclamation of my inner sovereignty.
The power behind my voice.
The truth of who I am as a conscious being of creation.
The trust between myself and my intuition.
And my ability to show up in the world and stand up for what I believe in.
I declare that from this moment on.
