Who felt unworthy?
Was it your five-year-old?
Was it your seven-year-old?
Was it your 10-year-old self?
Was it your 20-year-old self?
Whatever self that was,
I want you to call that self in and ask them,
How can I support you?
How can I make you feel seen?
How can I understand what you need at this time right now in your life?
Listen to them.
Continue to breathe.
Listen to what they're asking you for.
And as you're listening to them,
Tell your younger self,
You are worthy of having that and more.
You are worthy of having everything you desire.
You are worthy of getting your needs met.
You are worthy of being taken care of.
Now look your younger self in the eye and tell your younger self,
I am going to take care of you.
I am going to provide for you.
I am going to keep you safe.
I am going to fulfill your wants,
Needs,
And desires.
I am going to protect you.
Now come back to yourself,
Continue to breathe,
And as you breathe in,
Breathe out and say,
I am worthy.
