Welcome to your powerful pause.
When we live in a state of distraction.
We often forget that there is a heart and a self within us that needs love and attention.
We're often more busy showing up for others in this way.
It feels easier,
More familiar perhaps,
To turn our energy and attention outwards But when we constantly do this.
We lose touch with the deeper layers of who we are.
And this creates a type of separation from our source of creativity and love.
So this is simply an invitation to come home.
Your heart has never stopped longing for what truly matters.
And your womb,
Or if you've had a hysterectomy,
The womb space.
Carries profound wisdom.
And this is an invitation to make space to hear these parts of you.
You don't need to force anything.
You don't need to find the right answer.
Simply listen.
So just finding a comfortable position.
Close your eyes now.
Take a slow breath in through your nose.
And gently exhale through your mouth.
Let's do that again.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
With each exhale imagine yourself arriving a little more fully into this moment.
Notice where your body meets the chair and the floor or your bed Breathing in,
I am aware of my in-breath.
Breathing out I'm aware of my out-breath.
Allow your shoulders to soften.
Relax your jaw.
Let your belly be soft.
There is nothing to achieve here.
Only notice.
Rest one hand over your lower belly,
Just below your belly button.
And whether you menstruate or not.
Whether you have a womb or not.
This area of the body.
Remains a powerful center of intuition,
Creativity and feeling.
I want to invite you to bring a gentle awareness here.
Notice any sensations.
You warmth.
Coolness.
Maybe tightness.
Emptiness.
Perhaps fullness.
Or numbness.
There is no right experience here.
You Just simply breathe and notice.
And quietly ask.
What do you want me to know today?
And then wait.
Without trying to figure anything out.
Without analysing.
Simply notice whatever arises.
Maybe it's a word.
Or an image.
Of feeling.
Or perhaps nothing comes at all.
Trust that listening is enough.
And now when you feel ready,
Moving your hand up to your heart space.
And I like to press a little so I can feel the gentle drum of my heart.
Feel the rise and fall of your breath beneath your palms.
Take three slow,
Deep breaths.
And then gently ask.
What is my heart longing for right now?
Notice what comes.
Not what the mind thinks you should want.
Not what others expect.
Simply what feels true for you.
Let yourself stay with whatever arises.
Now bringing your awareness up to your throat.
And if it feels comfortable Rest your fingertips lightly at the base of your neck.
Notice your breath moving through this part of you.
The throat is where your inner world is.
Meets the outer world.
It is where your truth becomes expression.
Perhaps there have been times you've held back your words.
Swallowed your feelings.
And made yourself smaller to keep the peace.
And for this moment,
There is nothing you need to say.
Only notice.
Silently ask.
What truth am I ready to give voice to?
Perhaps it is a boundary.
A desire.
A feeling.
A dream.
Or simply a quiet knowing.
You There is no need to act right now.
Simply allow your truth to be witness.
Now bring one hand to your lower belly.
And one hand to your heart.
Let your awareness rest gently in your throat.
Imagine a warm golden thread.
Connecting these three centres.
Your womb.
Your heart.
Your throats.
And with every inhale,
Imagine the light grows brighter.
You And with every exhale it flows freely between them.
Your womb offers wisdom.
Your heart offers compassion.
Your throat offers honest expression.
Together they remind you of who you are Take a few slow deep breaths here.
Resting in this connection.
And if it feels right So I didn't need repeats.
I trust my body's wisdom.
I honour my heart's truth.
I speak that truth when it is kind and necessary.
Allow these words to settle into every part of your being.
When you're ready.
Ask yourself.
What area of my life have I disconnected from myself?
And then ask.
What is trying to grow in me?
Let your answer settle in your body.
Notice how it feels.
And trust whatever you're feeling.
The body often recognises what is true.
Before the mind does.
You don't need to earn rest The wisdom you seek.
Isn't somewhere outside of you.
It's already here.
Waiting underneath the noise.
Every time you pause.
Every time you breathe.
Every time you choose to listen instead of override.
You strengthen the relationship with yourself.
And from that place Life begins to unfold differently.
I hope you enjoyed this short meditation.
And I wish you a beautiful day.
