
What To Do When Sleep Isn't Coming - CBT-I
Lying awake in bed can feel frustrating, discouraging, and sometimes even anxiety-provoking. This meditation is designed for those moments when sleep isn't happening. Rather than struggling against wakefulness, you'll be guided through a gentle reset that helps reduce pressure, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with your body's natural readiness for sleep. Use this meditation if you're having difficulty falling asleep or if you've awakened during the night and find yourself lying awake.
