Hello friends, And welcome to this guided affirmational prayer. My name is Ben Holtz, And in this experience we are going to be utilizing the power of prayer, Intention, And affirmations. This affirmational prayer is going to be used for healing. So if you are healing spiritually, Physically, Emotionally, Then this is going to be a great guided experience for you. Before we begin, Let's go ahead and take a deep breath in through the nose, Filling up all the way. Go ahead and relax into the body, Relaxing the face, The jaw, The belly, The shoulders. And now I'll say a short prayer before we begin with our affirmations. Dear God, Thank you so much for this opportunity to heal. Thank you so much for this opportunity to heal any wounds that need to be healed, To become full again, To become whole again. Thank you for this beautiful gift of healing, And thank you for this opportunity to come back into full alignment, Full truth and self. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. Amen. Now, My friends, We'll take one more deep breath, Filling up the belly, Chest, And head. And sigh it out. And I invite you now to repeat after me, Either out loud or within. I am healing. I am healthy, Whole, And fulfilled. I am so grateful to feel so healed and so healthy in my body and my mind. Thank you, God, For this beautiful gift of healing, This beautiful gift of being restored into fullness. I release all stored pain, Old wounds, And emotional weight from my body and my mind. I am so grateful for this healing, For this health and well-being that I experience every day. I allow myself to fully heal, To come back into wholeness. I am grateful for this healing. I am grateful to feel whole. Thank you, God, For a healthy mind, A healthy spirit, And a healthy body. I feel healed and whole every single day. I am safe to heal. I am safe to let go. I am safe to relax in my body. I forgive anyone who's ever harmed me. I release any tension or dis-ease in my body. I soften into healing and wholeness. My body is at peace. My heart is wide open. Lord, Allow for pure healing energy to funnel in through me. In every moment and with every breath. I trust this healing process. I allow myself to heal and be fully healed once again. Every day, I wake up feeling healed, Fully aligned, And fulfilled in every way. Thank you, God, For this opportunity to heal and this opportunity to be whole again. I give so much thanks and appreciation for this healing process. I am so grateful to be healed right now, Fully and completely healed right now. Thank you for this gift of healing. Thank you for the fact that I feel healthy and whole in my body every day. I am so grateful to feel healthy, Aligned, And vibrant every single day. Thank you, Lord, For this beautiful healing energy.
