This is a gentle embodied practice inviting you to reconnect with yourself - your whole self - just as you are. You can be in any shape you like, and you can choose to practice this at any time of the day or night. We'll explore a simple grounding and centering practice together - nothing to get right or wrong, nothing to achieve. A supportive and nourishing space to rest in and with yourself - allowing yourself to arrive, and to be, just as you are. Let this practice be a reminder that all of who you are is welcome. Even though we have just 4 minutes together, I offer lots of space in this practice without the sound of my voice so that you can listen to the teacher within you are here to meet. Hello,

Welcome.

Let's find a few minutes to be.

To be here just as you are.

How have you arrived into this moment,

Into this practice?

Can you allow yourself to arrive just as you are?

You might introduce a little swaying or rocking through your torso.

Feeling and sensing into your physical body.

Feeling into all of the space that is underneath you.

Can you allow yourself to be held and supported here by that space?

Inviting you to place your hands somewhere on your body.

Somewhere that feels nourishing,

Supportive.

It could be your heart space,

Your belly.

Finding a moment to reconnect.

Reconnect with yourself.

If it feels okay,

You might take a gentle breath in.

And a gentle breath out.

Wishing you a beautiful rest of your day.

Knowing you can return to this connection with yourself.

Again and again.

Reminding yourself that all of who you are is welcome.
