
4 Minutes To Reconnect With Yourself
This is a gentle embodied practice inviting you to reconnect with yourself - your whole self - just as you are. You can be in any shape you like, and you can choose to practice this at any time of the day or night. We'll explore a simple grounding and centering practice together - nothing to get right or wrong, nothing to achieve. A supportive and nourishing space to rest in and with yourself - allowing yourself to arrive, and to be, just as you are. Let this practice be a reminder that all of who you are is welcome. Even though we have just 4 minutes together, I offer lots of space in this practice without the sound of my voice so that you can listen to the teacher within you are here to meet.
