Hello,

Hello.

Welcome,

My beautiful souls.

Today I want to talk about something that deeply resonates within us all.

The contagious power of joy and kindness.

It's a topic that goes beyond mere kindness.

It speaks to the very essence of our human connection.

When we think about joy and kindness,

We often see them as simple acts.

What if I told you that when we practice them without any expectation,

We create a ripple effect,

A mandala effect,

Where lessons are learned and we begin to celebrate each other deeply.

However,

There are times when we struggle with our ability to be kind.

Perhaps we feel guilty for not being enough or we mistake people-pleasing for true kindness.

Sometimes,

In our desire to help,

We end up overly assisting others.

And if our efforts go unrecognized,

We can feel so unfulfilled.

It's essential to recognize the crucial difference between assistance and empowerment.

Rather than asking someone to fix us,

We should seek guidance to return to our center.

When we do this,

We empower ourselves and others,

Transforming the dynamics of kindness.

This journey isn't just about helping.

It's a light-hearted conversation with the collective,

Built on trust that when we learn a lesson,

We can share,

And,

In return,

Others will learn and pass it along,

Just as in the beautiful mandala effect.

If you ever find yourself in a low vibration and wish to serve others,

It's important to remember that it's okay to pause for a moment.

You deserve that space.

Take time to honor your feelings and nurture yourself.

Embracing kindness towards yourself is the first step in spreading love to those around you.

Your efforts to be kind and loving,

Both to yourself and others,

Are always appreciated,

Even when it feels challenging.

Remember,

Caring for yourself is just as important as caring for others.

We all traverse these phases.

It's about being conscious,

Accepting who we are,

And celebrating our unique gifts.

You are special,

Worthy,

And irreplaceable.

Let me share a pivotal experience that brought me to this understanding.

The Hayahay ritual.

This beautiful Filipino tradition of self-honoring and soul alignment transformed my life.

Through it,

I learned to love each inch of my physical body,

Freeing myself from the chains of auto body shaming.

I found gratitude for the simple gift of life,

The breath that I take,

And I felt the embrace of my soul,

Which had always been there,

Patiently guiding me.

As I connect to the light within me,

I realize that I am also part of the divine.

I discovered how to celebrate myself,

Honor my unique qualities,

And release the burdens of shame and gift.

I began to appreciate the countless miracles that life reveals to us every single day.

In reconnecting with my soul,

I felt a sense of wholeness.

I learned to enjoy life again.

And in realizing that kindness is lightness,

I felt my spirit lift.

So as you move through your day,

Remember this.

Embrace your journey,

Nurture yourself,

And let joy and kindness flow from within.

You are a vital part of this collective experience.

And together,

We can create a canvas as magnificent as a mandala.

So for today,

I want to take a moment to honor my dear friend Cecilia Roll-Meyer.

She has beautifully collaborated on this track and will be sharing her rendition of I've got the joy,

Joy,

Joy down in my heart.

Her voice captures the essence of joy and is a reminder of the light we all carry within us.

Also,

A big thanks to the amazing musician Si U Lung for letting me use his piano version as the background of the whole track.

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you.

I've got that joy,

Joy,

Joy,

Joy down in my heart.

Where is it?

Down in my heart.

Deep down in my heart.

I've got that joy,

Joy,

Joy,

Joy down in my heart.

And I'm gonna share it with you and you and you and you and you.

So thank you again for joining me today.

Remember to celebrate yourself because you are a radiant light in this world.

Until next time,

Be kind to yourself and to others.

I love you.
