Welcome,

Sacred soul.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.

Let your body soften.

Feel your breath move like a gentle wave,

Steady,

Fluid,

And free.

Bring your awareness to the space just below your navel,

Your sacral chakra,

The center of emotion,

Creativity,

And inner flow.

Visualize a warm,

Orange glow swirling here,

Soft and radiant like sunlight dancing on water.

With each inhale,

It expands and sparkles.

With each exhale,

It flows freely throughout your entire body.

Whisper to yourself,

I am connected to my creative energy.

I flow effortlessly with the river of life.

I am connected to the earth and all of her rhythms.

And just taking some deep breaths here as that energy expands throughout your body,

As that energy expands throughout your energy field,

And just allowing yourself to feel held and supported by that warm,

Orange glow of creative energy that is you.

A few more deep breaths here to settle into the energy that feels,

Creates,

And flows without resistance.

You are fluid.

You are radiant.

You are free.

Your eyes can gently start to flutter open and quick close.

And just taking note of the room around you,

Perhaps everything is already looking a bit more vibrant.

Maybe the colors are standing out a little more,

Or you're noticing shapes you haven't seen in places before.

Whatever that is for you,

Just allowing yourself to lead throughout your day with this creative sacral chakra energy.
