Take a short moment to arrive here.

Just as you are.

Find a comfortable position,

Sitting or lying down.

Let your body relax,

Your shoulders soften,

Your jaw release.

And when you're ready,

Gently close your eyes.

Be in this moment.

Take a slow deep breath in through your nose.

And exhale through your mouth.

Again,

Breathing in calm and breathing out tension.

Take a few more deep breaths and feel how calm you are.

Let your breath settle into its natural rhythm.

There's nothing you need to do right now.

Nothing you need to become.

Simply be here.

Simply be you.

Imagine you are standing in a safe,

Open space in nature.

Perhaps a meadow,

A garden or any place that feels calm and welcoming to you.

The ground beneath you is steady,

Supporting you.

This space represents your inner world.

A place for growth,

Reflection and understanding.

At the center of this space,

Notice a small seed in the earth.

This seed represents you.

Your potential,

Your truth,

Your becoming.

With each breath,

Feel yourself connected to this seed.

You are ready to nourish it with insight,

Awareness and love.

Now,

Allow a memory to arise.

A moment from your past.

Observe it gently,

As if watching a scene on a screen.

Notice yourself,

The people,

The situation and how you feel.

As you watch,

Ask yourself,

What does this memory mean for me today?

What beliefs or patterns has it created in my life?

Are these thoughts or programs serving me?

See the patterns clearly.

See you clearly,

Without judgment.

Imagine gently removing what no longer serves you.

Visualize old beliefs dissolving,

Like leaves falling from a tree,

Or mist disappearing in sunlight.

While you do this,

Feel the relief,

The space,

The freedom.

Return your attention to the seed in your garden.

With each insight,

With each understanding you gain,

Imagine watering your seed.

Water it with clarity,

Self-compassion and acceptance.

The seed drinks deeply,

Growing stronger and ready to sprout.

Bring up another memory,

Perhaps one that challenged you.

Observe it carefully,

What lesson is here for me today?

What parts of me can grow from this?

And visualize how you change it.

To the better.

And release anything that no longer supports your highest self.

And letting it go with each exhale.

Each memory you observe,

Nourishes your inner seed.

And with understanding and awareness,

Your growth becomes stronger,

Deeper and more vibrant.

Return your attention to the seed again in garden,

The seed that's been sprouting.

Water it more with your clarity and self-compassion and acceptance.

It grows stronger and stronger,

As you.

Now imagine a future version of yourself,

The version you are blooming into.

Notice how they carry themselves,

How you carry yourself in this version.

With confidence,

Clarity,

Compassion and love.

This version of you are smiling at you and saying silently,

You are growing,

You are learning,

You are becoming your best self.

See how your seed is sprouting even more and growing,

Its roots grow deep,

Its leaves strong,

Its petals ready to bloom.

This bloom represents your wholeness,

Your courage,

Your self-awareness and your love.

Your understanding.

See your seed that's been sprouting and growing.

It has roots that grows deeper and deeper and deeper in this earth.

And a flower is growing and growing bigger and bigger.

You can see the leaves,

The petals that's starting to be ready to bloom.

This bloom represents your wholeness,

Your courage,

Your self-awareness and your understanding.

You do not need to be perfect.

You only need to continue growing.

No one is perfect.

Take a moment to feel gratitude for yourself,

For your journey and for your reflections,

For the wisdom you are gaining.

Bring your attention back to your breath.

Feel your body supported,

Your mind calm.

Now that you can return to this garden any time to water your flower,

Plant new seeds,

To observe memories,

Release the old and to bloom into your best self.

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes and slowly open your eyes.
