In this meditation you enter a gentle and loving space created for peace, presence and self-love. Here you get the opportunity to connect deeply with yourself and your child in a caring and safe way, where every breath becomes an opportunity for presence and love. The meditation is suitable both for first-time mothers and mothers who already have children. It invites you to let go of expectations and pressure, put perfection to rest, and instead strengthen your confidence in yourself and the wisdom you already carry within you. Close your eyes, feel your body, and let yourself be slowly led into a room filled with peace, love, and presence. Here is your place for you, for your child, and for every breath you share. It's a moment to feel the closeness between you, mark the love that already exists, and give yourself permission to be completely present without demands or expectations. Narrated by Jessica Lycker and created by Boom in Bloom.

Take a slow breath in and settle into a position that feels nourishing for your body.

Maybe you are sitting with support behind your back or leaning comfortable to the side or just lying down.

Allow yourself to arrive to this moment.

Let your body release into the space beneath you as if it's exhaling right along with you.

Feel the gentle pull of gravity holding you.

Feel how in this moment nothing is required of you.

You are simply here breathing,

Resting.

Draw air in through your nose softly.

Pause and let it slip out again unhurried.

Let each breath melt a little more tension away.

Let your shoulders sink and let your belly expand with ease.

Your breath knows the way.

You can just follow.

Bring your awareness to the center of your chest.

Notice the quiet rhythm,

The steady pulse of life.

If it feels right for you,

Place one hand over your heart and the other on your belly.

Let the warmth of your palms remind you of your own presence and of the little life you are carrying.

Imagine each inhale creating a gentle glow inside your chest,

A space filled with warmth,

Softness and compassion.

A place where you love naturally.

Love for who you are and for the mother you are growing into.

This might be your first baby or maybe you already have children.

Your body carries wisdom.

Your heart carries wisdom.

Your experiences,

Your intuition,

Your emotions,

They all shape your path into motherhood.

Breathe in trust and let go of what feels heavy.

There is no need to be perfect.

No need to know everything.

Right now your presence is enough.

Simply being here is enough.

Gently shift your awareness to your baby.

Sense the connection,

Subtle or strong.

Maybe you notice movement or feeling of weight.

Or quiet calm.

Maybe there is stillness.

Everything you sense is completely right.

Picture your breath reaching down to your baby like a warm soft current,

A wave that carries comfort,

Safety and tenderness.

Envision this light wrapping around them in a protective glowing cocoon.

You and your baby moving together,

Sharing energy,

Sharing rhythm.

Let these words echo inside you.

I am here with you.

You are safe with me.

We,

We are growing together.

Let these words settle gently like a lullaby between your hearts.

Allow a deeper presence to spread throughout your body.

Feel how you are quietly holding space for two lives at once.

Yours and your baby.

Both equally deserving of care.

You may feel joy.

You may feel anticipation.

There may also be uncertainty,

Tiredness or vulnerability.

Everything belongs.

Everything can be held with softness.

Rest your hands on your belly,

Offering a silent embrace to both you and your baby.

As if whispering,

I am doing my best.

I am enough.

Now imagine an image of yourself as a mother.

Not a perfect picture,

But real,

Warm,

Grounded in love.

See yourself holding your baby,

Breathing calmly,

Offering safety from a steady presence of your heart.

Know that you will grow into this role gently and naturally.

You don't have to be ready at all,

At once.

You just need to stay open,

One step at a time.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Feel the future version of yourself within you.

A voice.

A voice that tells you to trust,

To love,

And feel strength.

Feel your belly rise and fall.

Feel your heart beating.

Feel yourself as both a whole person and a mother.

Beautifully intertwined.

Let these affirmations settle into you.

I trust myself.

I meet this journey with love.

I am enough.

Speak them quietly or out loud.

I trust myself.

I meet this journey with love.

I am enough.

Notice how your body softens.

How trust expands.

How the bond between you and your baby grows.

Not from expectation,

But from love.

Let your body feel safe.

Let your baby feel your calmness.

When you're ready to come back,

Begin by noticing the ground beneath you,

The warmth of your hands,

The steady weight of your body.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Stretch it if it feels good.

But before you move on with your day,

Hold this trust close to you.

You carry love.

You carry strength.

You carry a bond that is already blossoming between you and your baby.

Let this calmness,

This sense of trust,

Follow you into whatever comes next.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes or remain here a moment longer,

Resting in the quiet.

You are a magical soul with so much love.

And we wish you luck with your new baby.
