We're going to use a controlled breathing and a single point of focus to bring your system back online.
This isn't about calming down,

Use this whenever you feel the edges start to blur.

And as you do so,
I want you to think about and find your next focus.

It's the thing that you need to go do.

Now that you have your focus,
Let's do one final breath,

Let's inhale,

So with that one focus that's in your mind,
I want you to lock onto it.

Notice where you are.
