Today,
I would like to introduce some affirmations about inner peace,
Resilience,
And positivity.
Please find a comfortable position.
Close your eyes if that feels okay.
Focus on your breath.
Just notice however it is.
Now,
Please accept the following as truths for you.
I release the pressure of perfection.
I thrive with peace,
Clarity,
And security.
Positive vibrations surround me.
I am balanced and at peace.
I am centered and grounded.
I am filled with positivity and I vibrate that hope all around.
I am safe in my surroundings.
I feel protected by my resourcefulness.
I release fear and I embrace trust.
I release worry and I choose surrender.
I quickly adapt to challenging situations.
I choose my focus.
I have the power to block negativity.
I let go of fear and doubt.
My peace and my joy outweigh my uncertainties.
I emit love,
Positivity,
And strength.
I release control and I embrace surrender.
My peace is my power.
Now,
Return your focus to your breath.
Gently begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.
If your eyes are closed,
You may open them now and slowly return to the space around you.
